This is a charming shop for gifts or treats. The individual decorated cake confections are a delight and very hard to choose your selection. There are trays and trays of individual chocolates all fresh and delectable. It is fun to browse the gourmet foods and utensils with different choices each visit. The owner is charming. Come in to rest, and be refreshed.

These folks make the best granola I've ever had. It usually comes in three varieties which include dried blueberries or cherries, or perhaps maple-pecan. This is my usual breakfast at home.

I have seen multiple massage therapists in Culpeper and surrounding areas, and these gals are hands down, the best around. I am dealing with chronic pain and both Brooke and Becki are wonderful at addressing these issues. I would say Brooke is your go to for pampering, stress relief and deeper work. Becki is completely focused and amazing at theraputic medical massage. She is who I'm seeing regularly for pain management. Megan is lovely for a more relaxing experience. Becki owns the business and is not only professional, but also follows all the current State guidelines in regards to Covid. Very clean facility. I have seen the ladies cleaning as I entered the facility and as I exited. ???? must be worn at all times by both staff and clients. As someone who has high risk family, I find this very important and would not feel comfortable in an environment where it was not taken seriously. As I said I've seen many practitioners in the area and in my experience you should believe all the glowing reviews, these gals are simply the Best!

They are hung on an interior wall along a corridor opposite doors leading outside to the railroad platform. Don’t pass up the opportunity to spend time absorbing the experience they offer. I stood across the corridor, with my back against the outside door, marveling at the depth and subtlety depicted in these works which portray aspects of the local landscape through different seasons. At first, I experienced some annoyance they were not given a more prominent space. However, as I took in their depth and scenery this ceased to matter. Led by this artist's loving hand, each painting invited me in for a long walk deep into a seasonal scene. The softness and subtlety of the artist's strokes compressed the experience of time spent breathing fresh air and distance traveled. This magic happens without looking through a window or actually being on site making the word “landscape” feel like Earth beneath your feet. Don’t miss it. Also take note of the dramatic panels at the entrance to the Museum by local Madison artist Trish Crowe and a famous quote by Walt Whitman. --
