Definetly a spot worth checking out. The seemingly endless views from the Lookouts are amazing. Best time of day is late afternoon to see the shadows come across the craters. A good bitumen road leads up to the top and Red Rock lookout has enough room for caravans to turn around easily. Toilets and info at the bottom.

Apparently this old church fell into disuse and was bought and given by the purchaser to the local community. The latter now has a theatre for live Performances and an art gallery that occupies the body of the kirk. We enjoyed a short visit to see the latest exhibition. It is worth a visit for the building and now the gallery. The website explains when it is open and its uses.

The Colac Botanical Gardens have some great floral displays but also some historic trees. There is a National Heritage listed Bunya Pine. It contains a number of well established rare trees and a number of large Oak trees. A great opportunity for the aged or those that have difficulty walking around to see some unique plants

This is a good stopping place on the main road two hours west of Melbourne .
The large square is a memorial, park, children's playground and pic- nic area.
There are restaurants, cafes , pubs and shops around if you want to buy food and bring it to the park, or you can go there for a stroll after your meal.

Although there is ample parking and toilet facilities we didn't enjoy this visit at all. The entire place needs some tlc. We were inundated with lots and lots of flies. I found it boring and was glad to get back in the car

Ideal location for children up to early teens. 2 separate areas, one enclosed toddler area and the large playground with giant slides, ball pit, jumping castle, rope bridge, tunnels slides & more. We have a full onsite café, made to order off our menu. Fully air conditioned and heated, Kidz Kingdom is a place to relax and enjoy a cuppa while the kids run and be free.
