Cobham Bowling Club

Reviewed By Richard10 - Woking, United Kingdom

A great club for beginners wishing to learn how to play bowls. There was free coaching. It was very welcoming and as someone who has just retired and is now a single senior citizen it was a great new hobby. Also some good social events when the licensed bar is open . I have now played in friendly matches against other clubs in Surrey. Also it is open in the winter for short mat bowls

Our son and his friends had a wonderful time at Campaign Paintball & Laser. I would highly recommend making a visit. My son would like his Birthday party here again next year!!!

Really well organised and run at Cobham, kids had a great time despite solid rain. My son liked that they were able to use the ‘proper’ paintball guns. Great that the adults waiting behind at base get to have a free cuppa and even a hot water bottle if you’re lucky! We pre-ordered pizzas which arrived dead on time and piping hot too. Successful party -tick!

My granddaughter has been several times now and absolutely loves it. The set up is brilliant for smaller children as well as the slightly older ones. They are taught how to look after their pony, and are supported in getting their pony ready for riding, with amazing staff, who always talk to the little ones with so much fun and enthusiasm, teaching them as well as praising them. The ponies and families are beautifully looked after in a really imaginative set up, with bunting and straw bales, that children feel so comfortable in and allows adults to relax in. Ceremonies at the end of the rides are straight out of the Olympics! I take an extremely happy granddaughter home every time. Thank you Rosmeary and the team

Located off the main road which runs through Cobham High Street, in the direction of Tilt Green and Stoke D’Abernon. My dog required a cooling down after an hour of American Football elsewhere and enjoyed the swim in the river a great deal.

St Andrews Church

Reviewed By Mb7400 - London, United Kingdom

After being told we would not have to travel to Kent today, for work, myself and a colleague decided to peruse this Church and its grounds prior to dinner. Lovely large church with magnificent grounds. Clock on the spire runs about an hour and twenty minutes behind the correct time. Grass kept immaculately, and there are a lot of interesting tombstones. Set of cottages where the Vicar must reside, very pretty. Didn’t see any benches, which would be a positive addition.
