We are Canadians who have been going to this flea market for 40+ years. During the good weather, they have the outdoor flea market. We also go to the indoor buildings in the cold weather. My grandson (11) loves the indoor buildings especially for military items as he loves history.

Kutter's Cheese Factory Store

Reviewed By Amy K - Corfu, New York

Kutters cheese has been a treat for as long as I can remember. Trips there with my Dad will always be so special to me. There is something called Cheese Curds. I'm not sure if it is unique to Kutters, however it will put string cheese and baby bels to shame. These little nuggets of wonderful "scaps" are delish and come in many different flavors. Some are mild and some very pungent. But they scrape the barrel to make them, so of course you can get regular chunks or slices too.

Went there on a major shopping trip. This place has it all. Spent hours there and still didn't see it all. My kids were crazy for the stores as a number of them are unavailable in Canada. Ate across the mall at Olive Garden (was awesome) but I would try the Cheesecake Factory next time. Looked great and is very highly rated. One thing caught me a little off guard. There is a significant Security presence everywhere. Mall staff and a number of police officers. I'm sure you get used to it but just caught me a little unawares. Not a problem. I'd go back in a minute. If you're a sports fan, the Dicks sports was awesome. Lots of parking too and this was a clear and busy Saturday.

Tillman Road Wildlife Management Area

This is located within the town of Clarence. Those who take care of the paths and the area in general have done a wonderful job. I visited this area just to take a walk and I was very pleased with the silence and the woods and all the many paths to walk. An escape from the everyday and a five minute ride from home. I'd suggest bug spray during the season. And also rain gear if it should rain. You can spend an hour here without realizing it! And I go there often.

Aura Salt Cave and Wellness

Reviewed By nicotags - Buffalo, New York

I have never been to a salt cave before and was excited to finally try it when Aura opened close to home in East Amherst. What an amazing experience and place! It was very easy to book my appointment online and I received confirmation right away. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by such a friendly staff that explained everything. You can tell the owners really took much care and pride into their business and are excited to share this with their customers.

The cave itself is beautifully done and was so relaxing. The soft lighting, the relaxing music, the trickle of the fountain, and no cellphones! I thought it might be hard to sit there for 45 minutes but the time flew by and I felt great. Its definitely chilly in there but you are given a blanket to cover up with. I had a t-shirt on and would probably wear long sleeves for next time because I was a little chilly at times.

After the salt cave I decided to try out the infrared sauna to hopefully help with some aches and pains. I have never used an infrared sauna and it was pretty similar to a regular sauna experience but much more manageable. You are led into a private room with plenty of towels, a cold wet cloth and water. I was shown how to use the machine and adjust the heat. I had no issues with staying in the sauna for the entire time since the heat is not as intense as a normal sauna. It was such a relaxing experience and felt great going from the cold salt cave to the warm sauna.

I did both treatments back to back to try them out. There is a special running this month that made it really affordable to do both. I think I would probably do one at a time in the future because of the cost but the back to back was definitely a treat! I highly recommend Aura and can't wait to go back!

Burgers are generally massive & outstanding! Fresh cut fries are awesome and plentiful. Have a fantastic daily lunch special of a "personal" 1 item pizza (Like 10 inches or so) and 6 wings for $8.75. I always end up taking half the pizza home. Tuesdays have a dozen wings for $5.00. Their wings are generally quite good. Nearly always crispy when asked. The only downside is even if you're the only one in the place ordering, it may come in 20 minutes, or it may come after 45 minutes. I don't know why. A couple times I almost left, because I was beyond my hour lunch for work and still hadn't been served...twice I had to ask for it to go. But almsot always very good to great.
