We have been several times over recent years. Positives first. Great self contained studio apartments. All broadly standardised so you know exactly what to expect. Small/ medium fridge, hob, microwave and oven. Full set of Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Comfortable sofa bed. Large spacious bathroom. The small balcony areas are lovely particularly if you get a view overlooking the green well maintained garden areas. Reception service friendly and polite and generally the staff have good or minimum sufficient English language skills for effective communication. Though we have yet to use the restaurant , it appeared clean, well decorated and professional. On warmer days you can eat outside on balcony verander with lovely seating area. Be aware though of restaurant opening times as they are quite specific. Welcome pack provided with all relevant information and secure hotel access code. Pool area warn and comfortable. Wifi is reasonably good though there are several week areas. Negatives. Not many. Vending machine snacks a little expensive so if you like snacks you might want to stock up in advance. Advice: As these are self catering apartments there is a ( not unreasonable) expectation that you will leave them relatively clean and tidy. They did start providing basic cleaning packs but you might want to bring washing up liquid and perhaps a tea towel. You need to empty your own bin and take it out to refuse area in main car park. Worth separating plastics etc in advanced as bins are laid out for recycling. On first arrival, try not to arrived too late as it is difficult too find staff and you may not gain access. Good selection of nearby restaurants though many at this end of town require booking and are immovable in terms of policy. For simple uncomplicated and un pretentious and reasonably priced pizza/ pasta meals Lido at other end of town (About 5 -10 mins away)

Great formule offer and good quality. Lovely view over the lake. Nice to be able to spend a few euros at the black jack table too.
