Alvorada is a city in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, adjacent to the city of Porto Alegre. The city is also known as "The Capital of Solidarity." Alvorada is primarily a bedroom community with most workers commuting to adjacent cities such as Porto Alegre to work. Alvorada is built around its main road: Avenida Presidente Vargas. The name means "the awakening" or "the sunrise".

This was an incredibly well designed escape room and open of the most fun things that I have ever done. The adrenaline and sense of achievement is huge! It's definitely not easy. This place is really nice to spend a day. It has been recently revamped. On good sunny days its advisable to go early or else you won't get spot. Parking really gets full.

Busy riverside on summer, as many families visit the place, 'cause it's near Porto Alegre area. The place has lots of woods, have a large protected area. Lots of path to walk.

Huge place! Spent 2 hours, could spend 3-4hours easy! Lots of interesting stuff to see and do. Only thing is, if you don't know how to speak Portuguese, you won't get the full experience. Only few things was translated to English. Seems pretty weird.

Theatro Sao Pedro

Founded in 1858, artists as Rubinstein and Villa-Lobos have performed here, and still today it is a place for high Music and Drama. It's a jewel neoclassic building, with its interior ornamented with delicate art representing native birds and flora.
There you can attend from classical music (it has its own chamber orchestra) to pop music, and drama.
