Tali temple worships Lord Siva, a great peaceful place, known to be powerful god, the temple is busy at times. We visited at around 7:00 PM on a Saturday. Being pooja time, we could get darshan very well, it was a very pleasant and soothing experience. Luckily we got to see the elephant with Golden Nettipattam (Nettipattam is a glittering ornament that adorns the forehead of an elephant) and Thayambaka (Chenda beating by group of performers) and also theyyams (performers dressed like god and dancing to rhythm). We enjoyed a lot. Overall a must visit for believers and tourists.

Sargaalaya is an Arts & Crafts Village established by the Kerala tourism department. It is located just off the main Kozhikode Kannur National Highway in Iringal in a 20 acre area. We visited this village during our recent trip to Kerala while driving from Kozhikode to Kannur. The complete complex is built using laterite rock which gives it a unique look. It has a huge number of stalls selling various ethnic crafts and it also houses the Crafts Design and Technology Development Centre, which provides training for craftsmen to learn new techniques in traditional handicrafts. Some of stalls are very unique and nearly all stalls are outlets for sale of the products on display. The annual International Arts & Crafts Festival is held here from 20th Dec to 05th Jan every year, which attracts artisans from all over the world to register. It is also the biggest handicraft fair of South India. The village is located on the banks of the Moorad River and has recreational boating facilities of rowing and paddle boats. The place is a must visit for anyone driving by.

First of its kind, the subzero temperature and the snow filled environment will take you to an exciting amazing experience as if you are being taken into the valleys Kashmir, Shimla, Kulu Manali at the blink of an eye! Indeed mesmerizing. Once you are in, you will find plenty of snow around you! The whole setting reminds you of Polar Bears, Alpine Trees, penguins and igloos.So go on, have your own snow adventure here. Small Kids Are Definitely Going To Love This Place More...For those who hadn't visited any real ice mountains, it will be a great experience for sure. Extremely helpful Staff the ones sitting at the gear counters.You will be provided with warm jackets, water proof gum boots, socks and gloves to keep you warm while you enjoy the ambience to the hilt.The lady staff from North East help you with the gear.The snow looks fresh and hygienic.Great place to chill out....I mean literally!!! You can slide on the snow with rubber air filled tubes on the slider,you can throw balls made of snow on each other.You can dance on some songs,we really enjoyed the DJ Dance Rink, It feels like you are in disco with loud DJ and disco lights, which was fascinating.The tyre based swings,Wooden Pullnow stroller Sled/Luge/Sleigh on skating rink, two spiral curved snake slide & the snow slider ramp, walking on hanging rope bridge are the highlights. The Service of Staff was exceptional. The good thing is this place is all well equipped with necessary items required to enjoy the subzero.Really well maintained ! All staffs are really good and friendly. They will be with you for any assistance.The Photographs, even paid, are really professional and worth to keep for memories. We even looked the photos playing in the snow, standing inside the igloo & around the snowman and sliding down the ramp,they took that we can collect at the end after paying a small amount. Wasn't expensive.There is a cafe kiosk inside the snow hall you can enjoy hot beverages tea/coffee/soup even ice cream. The Snow Fantasy in Kozhikode has given an opportunity to enjoy snow fun without spending much and traveling to other long places.As its situated at HiLite Mall near Thondayad bypass on highway NH 17/66 , anyone can get there easily.A must visit place with family ,kids and friends.You need to visit this place.That 45 minutes in subzero is something really cool and fun when you don't have time for hill stations. Enjoyed every moment spent inside the Snow Fantasy.Overall a best artificially created Snow Fantasy, its a must visit place in Kozhikode. This is one of the very few beaches in Kerala which is rich in historical significance. This is where the explorer Vasco De Gama anchored his ships in the year 1498. This beach is situated 16 km from Kozhikode, and will involve a beautiful journey through the backwaters of Kozhikode. The waters of Kappad are ideal for swimming. Also at the place can be found an 800 year old temple.

The land made famous through the stories of vaikom mohammed basheer...... Rocky pathway made inside the sea for almost a km..... It's a fantastic experience to sit at the end of the pathway on the rocks while the sea breeze touches you and can see a perfect sunset with boats and ships moving through..... Can eat lot of tit bits there and special flavoured ice drink which they call as "ice urathi"....
