What a great beach for just driving to and then relaxing. The entry on to the beach is reasonably soft, so requires 4WD. Fishing and surfing would be a popular activity for this beach. Exiting the beach requires a bit of effort.

Adventure Bay Charters

Adventure Bay Charters is a company unequalled. As the creators, of the world's first shark Aqua Sub - a dry glass underwater viewing area and acoustic attraction for sharks, this is evident. Audio sound vibrations are used to attract sharks rather than bait or chum. This process is achieved via music played through underwater speakers, the first of it's kind in shark attraction. They have a strong focus on building and supporting the local community and the natural environment. Their motto of respect, protect and promote screams that. They offer you the chance to view the legendary Great White Shark and endangered Australian Sea Lion in their most pure form, in the most eco-friendly way they know how. Join a tour with this award-winning, ecotourism, family owned and operated business to learn and immerse yourself today! You will get the chance to meet two of our ocean's most vulnerable species whilst learning how you can help protect them.

With 3 children (now 13,11,11) we’ve seen our share of animal parks from big to small, mainstream to random. This would be one of the best, so clean & tidy, modern buildings, well maintained, healthy animals and lush green grass. The animals were even hungry enough to eat the bagged food we purchased on entry. Great spot to give the kids some freedom to explore. I’d suggest packing a picnic or some sausages & bread to use the bbq facilities (once again appealing & clean), grab a bottle of wine (available in the cafe) enjoy the view while the kids feed the kangaroos. Had fun on the Segway your through the vines & paddocks too. A fun few hours.
