It's something completely different. You have to get into the cave for a little hole and the only ligth you have is on your helmet. It's and adventure. The cave is really beautiful. Don't do it if you have claustrophobia. Go in water shoes.

Cambugahay Falls

Reviewed By _Zsuz_123 - Cape Town, South Africa

We spent a fun couple of hours at the waterfalls. Beautiful blue water. We arrived with our scooter, there is parking for them just at the entrance to the falls, parking fee is going by donations, so you pick how much you want to pay, and those guys really watch over the scooters. The entrance fee is normally 10 php, but we got there early so no one was there, we got in for free. There are 3 Tarzan swings, different heights, 50 php for unlimited swings. They are really fun, I was scared before the first swing but you just have to go and after that it was just all fun. Then you can stand under the smaller falls to get a nice shoulder / back massage and just lounge in the water. There are some vendors there, I think they open around 9 to buy some food. We got there around 7:30/8:00 and it wasn't crowded at all, so I would suggest to go early. It's definitely worth a visit!

Baha Ba'r Mountain Bike Tours

The mountain bike trail starts at Mount Bandilaan, the highest point in Siquior (620m) and winds its way down to the coast to Maite village in San Juan province. The total distance of the trail is 26km but there are several options to break the journey depending upon ability. The Baha Bar support staff will drive you to the start of the trail in a 'pick-up' with the bikes and then an experienced guide will lead you down. The trail starts in a national forest and then passes through small mountain villages and remote footpaths, passing through rice fields and over small foot bridges. 70% of the trail is off road and is in parts technical, the remainder passes through small villages where it is possible to stop for a cold drink. Baha Ba'r has 8 high end relatively new mountain bikes (Norco / Giant) and protective knee, elbow pad and helmets that are included in the rental fee. Dave Watson (he's the guy who jumped over the Tour de France peleton a couple of years ago!!...) has ridden the trail and donated one of his old sponsored bikes for usage. Dave was Canadian mtn bike champion in the 1990's). The charge is 750 pesos for one person and 500 per person for 2 or more persons.
