Top 10 Things to do Good for Adrenaline Seekers in Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands

August 15, 2021 Hector Krause

Palma, the economic and cultural hub of Majorca, is a delightful base for exploring the island's many gold and white beaches. A former Moorish casbah, or walled city, Palma's Old Town is an appealing maze of narrow streets that are a delight to explore on foot. Hop on the Soller Railway for a 17-mile scenic trip, visit 14th-century Bellver Castle and the museum of contemporary art, and check out the nightlife.

Both Captain Adriaan and Cook Sandra have over more than 30 years of sailing experience, as well in Europe as the Caribbean. Their passion for sailing, preparing nice dinners, and the love for exploring strange coasts made them start their own business 'Captain Cook'.. The name not only refers to the two owners, as well as Captain James Cook, the famous 18th century explorer and cartographist. He inspires them to seek for the unknown, but then in a 21th century setting on a luxurious modern yacht.
