A small batch whiskey distillery with a bar. You can sample the whiskey (and rye, and bourbon), try their mixed drinks and purchase bottles. The place is small, the bar is right next to the distillery on 4th street, just a few blocks from downtown Royal Oak. The employees are friendly and helpful. At my last visit I purchased a sample pack of 6 different whiskeys as a gift for my husband. I recommend a visit and a cocktail. Cheers!

We visited as a part of a moms night out and it was a lot of fun, Angel, our ringmaster was unbelievable kind and she suggested some chambers for us, we went to the Christmas themed one and it was a really great chamber, we got tons of fun and a very lovely group picture!

We went into the Sherlock Holmes library room. There were five girls all ages 11 and two adults. The girls had a blast trying to figure out the problems. It took us 59 minutes and 59 seconds but we actually escaped !!! They were so excited and had so much fun!!! Before we left the building they were asking if they could do it again just a different room . My husband commented at how clean and well lit the place was. The only negative comment I heard was, we expected the library room to look more like a library.

The Royal Oak Farmer's Market is often overshadowed by its' bigger brother Detroit's Eastern Market. But did you know it operates year round every Friday & Saturday cycling in new/additional vendors to provide a wide variety of fresh vegetables, fruits, plants, food products and more. On Sunday's it becomes a Flea Market with your typical market vendors (something for everyone). It has become a hub for activities in Royal Oak on those days/evenings that are available to provide a venue to food trucks, festivals, weddings, events. The best time to experience it is in the Spring when the flower/plant vendors come or in the late Summer/Fall when Michigan produce are at their peak. Check the Market schedule when you are going to be in the area to see what's on the agenda - for sure the Farmer's Market and the Flea Market !!!!
