Marisolio Tasting Bar

Reviewed By mitchishere - Valley Springs, United States

The first time I came here was six or seven years ago, and just loved it, with each product seeming to taste even better than the last. Since that first visit I've purchased from them many times online (I live nearly 400 miles away) and have visited during every trip to Calaveras County. They send out occasional recipe and cooking ideas, which is very much appreciated. I have visited many other olive oil/balsamic tasting rooms, but Marisolio's products are by far the best.

Winter awesome time to go! WAY less crowded. Very cool small museum. We’re told in the museum to ask if Conrad could give us a tour when we went to the tasting room. He was not in the room and the head of security, Steve, said he’d give us one! And boy did he. He was wonderful! Such a family feeling of a huge grounds, 500 acres, caves, concert venue, heard great stories and antidotes. Highlight!

Murphy's Creek Theatre

Murphys Creek Theatre is a professional, regional theatre located in the charming and historic gold rush-era town of Murphys, California. Our venue, located at 580 S. Algiers in downtown Murphys, provides live theatre all year long in Calaveras County! Founded in 1994, the company has undergone many transformations throughout the years and we could not be more proud of how far we have come together. Since 2017 we have received very generous annual grants from The Wintercreek Foundation and The Calaveras Community Foundation. These resources have funded some desperately needed upgrades and repairs to the building itself, as well as new lights and sound equipment. A special thanks to all of our magnificent sponsors and to our loyal patrons who have continually supported us. Murphys Creek Theatre Team is made up of some tried and true long time members and many fresh faces.
