The villas are beautifully restored masterpieces of French colonial-era architecture (about 1935). Next to the villas is a 1910 French train car, which has been renovated into a bar/cafe/restaurant.

Located at a walking distance from old train station,this place is one of the must visit for lunch, specially if you are traveling with kids. They have both outdoor seating in the garden where you can enjoy the breeze or you can also choose to sit inside the Train compartment which is kind of different experience. Inside the compartment is collection of different photos of trains from places around the world and also a bar. Right from trying caps of Train pilot to ringing the bellon back side of compartment,kids enjoy everything. And when it comes to food:I must say they have one of the best chicken recipes i have ever tried. I will for sure visit this place again when i visit Dalat next time

Fantastic day with Pinetrack on the ‘1 day bicycle tour’ from Dalat to Mui Ne!! We were picked up from our hotel in Dalat and from then on, everything was taken care of with lots of little thoughtful touches throughout the day. It was just the two of us on the tour, with one guide cycling with us and another driving the “support vehicle”. We were provided with as much water as we needed, all day, and a great picnic lunch with sandwiches and lots of fresh fruit. The cycling was challenging in parts, but really good fun. The scenery along the way was amazing and our guide was able to tell us about local villages we passed through and farming etc. There were plenty of rest stops and opportunities to take photos along the 70km route and ice cold wet towels were provided, along with cold watermelon, when we reached the end of the ride. A definite high point of our couple of weeks in Vietnam and we would recommend it to anyone keen for some exercise with some excellent views!

Mrs Son was so lovely to us, she loves to talk so we got to hear plenty about Vietnamese culture, how the market works, when to bargain, ingredients to use for cooking etc. We got to choose 2 meals and 1 appetizer, which in the end was so much food we couldn't even finish... there is more to this activity than just a cooking class: it's a great experience to learn some all around things about Vietnamese culture. also, Mrs Son just opened a homestay, which looked very clean and new, we will definitely check it out when we come back to Dalat!

Such a gorgeous place for a treat! Hot drinks before and after, foot bath and the full amount of time said. The girls were absolutely lovely! I had Thuong who was just amazing, she found all the little places I needed massaging and made sure I was always comfortable. The form prior to getting my massage was really useful as you can say which areas to focus on and which areas to avoid. LOVED it! Will be back - amazing price for the quality of service and extras (heated massage bed and heated eye mask!)

An intersting place in Dalat for any travellers with unique architecture (from broken ceremic, glassware, etc.), budda and bodhisattva statues, the illustration of hell. Although it is not the biggest pagoda you can find in Vietnam, I found it has a comprehensive atmosphere of a local pagoda. Quite far from the centre of Dalat, you may want to combine the trip to this pagoda and the tea farm.
