My husband and I had a couple's massage and it was fantastic. Both women were highly skilled, professional and friendly. They really got the kinks out! I would be going to them regularly if I lived there, but alas. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of relaxation and/or stress relief.

Tony picked us up from the cruise port and drove us to his kitchen. There was just the 2 of us and so my wife and myself had real personal attention. Tony was very patient as, by own admission, I am not the greatest cook ! Anyway we prepared chicken broth with green bananas and breadfruit, followed by salt cod with vegetables, chicken cooked in caramelised brown sugar with a tomato and cucumber salad, fried Plantain and fried bread. we the neat what we had prepared or more accurately ate part of what we had prepared as there was an enormous amount of food. It was all great but to me the 2 standouts were the chicken broth and the fried plantain.To end the meal Tony prepared hot chocolate with grated nutmeg and cocoa along with other spices. Again it was fab !! We would highly recommend Tony for a fun and informative cookery course but I suggest you don't eat any breakfast as lunch is very substantial.

Heera is a super talented henna artist and lovely, welcoming soul. I am from Trinidad and always get to observe our East Indian traditions here in St. Lucia as she also sells Indian wear and deyas. Today I was poked, prodded, tazed, steamed, scraped and suctioned, all in the name of beauty! A few days ago I had an allergic reaction to strawberries that caused an eruption of itchy bumps on my forehead. After a few days of hiding behind a mask and head scarf and after countless, hopeless home remedies I decided it was time for a facial. I walked into Touch Therapies (Soufriere Branch) and revealed my gravel road of a face to Tessa who said I would need a customized facial. I expected the usual series of exfoliation, creams, masks and such but I was surprised and impressed that not only were there masks, gels and exfoliations but also microdermbrasion suction tools, UV sterilizing lights and other things i wont dare try to spell. I called them torture devices because they do a very good job at penetrating the skin to get out all the toxins and grime and as the saying goes, beauty is pain! The treatment was 2 hours long and I am happy to announce that my gravel face is now well paved and smooth as butter! It was a rejuvenating experience and i left with visibly clearer skin. I hope I can treat myself to a little bit of torture every month! Thank you Tessa.
