Long walking path well above sea level with great ocean views, great landscaping, e. g. flowers, palm trees, etc. Public rest room building and plenty of close by parking. Charcoal grill and picnic area for public use. Not much seating along the way. Very enjoyable.

Treasure Island Beach

We have traveled to many beaches in Southern California and I'm not sure we've ever been to one more beautiful or breathtaking than this beach. And the tide pools are utterly fantastic, with kind docents who are eager to teach young ones about the abundance of sea life.

This is such a special place to visit! Starting with the short bus ride from the parking lot to the beach, this park is worth at least half a day to visit. You can walk around the cottages, and spend time on the beach. There are various hiking trails on the grounds and the Beachcomber restaurant of course. It is a lovely and serene place to visit.

We checked the tides and have a lovely time climbing through the cave as the tide went out and discovering the secret pools. We went in the morning. Looks like when lifeguards are on duty that the cave is closed. We were asked to leave by the lifeguard around 10am.

Festival of Arts and Pageant of the Masters

Located on the Festival of Arts grounds is one of the most unique theatrical productions in the world, the Pageant of the Masters. Watch real people be magically transformed into life-sized re-creations of famous works of art. A live narrator guides you through the story of each living picture accompanied by a full orchestra. Shows are nightly. There is nothing like it anywhere... only in Laguna Beach.

Reviewed By Jedimasterkush - Las Vegas, United States

This year I traveled in town to see my 4th Pageant of the Masters event. Even though it was the first time back since 2007 all the magic still remained. It is quite a thing that they do here every year and really everyone should experience this at least once in their lives. It is a different way to look at art and to more deeply appreciate all of the fine works on display in such a unique way year after year. Come early listen to music, grab a bite to eat and check out some local artists. Make plans for next year and buy tickets for Christmas for your loved ones when great seats are still available to the public. By the way the Sawdust festival which is on the same time of year across the street is something to come see also. Make a day and night of it.
