One of the best experiences ever! Roberto took us for a fabulous tour around Ischia and then Capri. He knew all the best spots and we could experience the perfect day without stressing out about anything. The restaurant we stopped at for lunch treated us like VIPs and all was done in a superb professional and non intrusive way. Also, having had such a great experience, we decided to book him for the private transfer from Ischia directly to the Naples airport Since we had an early flight. Result? Much faster, less stressful and overall convenient rather than public transportation. Would highly recommend for anyone interested in a beautiful and relaxing vacation. Thanks to Roberto and his staff.

We had a half day visit to Sant Angelo, we took the bus from Ischia Casamicciola and went around the island until the end of the bus line. The little city has amazing houses, colorful and very nice and coloured tiles, which we loved. It was our goal to see this beautiful enchanting little village and take a bath in the sea. We also climbed up to the rocks, where many people were enjoying the sun. We took a boat instead and went to Maronti beach where we had a nice stay and ended our day by swimming in the deep blue and crystal clear water. You have to visit Sant Angelo, if you are on Ischia island!

It seems like most take the bus and then walk a couple of kilometers up to the top, firstly by a small road and the last bit by the trail. We took the long hike from Casamicciola and the shorter hike but still by trail back to the same starting point, giving us a nice daytrip of just under 6 hours, and also 13 kilometers of hiking through stunning scenery with spectacular views. The Restaurant on the top is a good place with an awesome view and a good break for coffee and something to eat. We took it kind of slow going up since we had a first time hiker with us.

It was an unexpected delight to experience many different variations of thermal waters from warms baths, to volcanic saunas to delightfully strong warm water pressured showers. Wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the things Negombo had to offer. We will go back.

I loved this garden. Though small in area, it makes the maximum use of space and different levels to show off an amazing variety of different cactus plants. You don't even have to be a cactus fan to enjoy it, the place is artistic and just a pleasure to explore. Right at the centre is a whitewashed building that used to be little old winery, but now acts as the cafe / restaurant. It's a really nice place to relax, on a terrace with quirky wooden furniture and sun canopies - slightly bohemian. Peacocks strut around freely, being noisy but amusing show-offs. We had a simple tasty lunch of Linguini Al Lemone - a little hand written sign in the cafe said the lemons used were picked from the garden. It's perfectly possible to walk to Giardini Ravino from Forio town. Head along the coast road towards the Poseiden thermal resort but turn uphill past the "Lovers Rocks" (Google maps will guide you.) The last bit of the walk is fairly steep, but not a problem unless its terribly hot.

these thermal spa gardens Are absolute bliss and a must see when in ischia. We spent two afternoons here during our 5 night holiday ... apart from being spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained and staffed by a very pleasant staff, the thermal pools (20 approximately) are amazing, with varying temperatures and sizes, they are interspersed by sun loungers, deck chairs and parasols. The private beach here overlooks a bay and the sunset is spectacular.. there is a restaurant offering a wide variety of delicious and reasonably priced food, along with beers and wine. This destination is well worth a visit and worth every cent: highly recommend it
