I booked this trip based on trip advisor reviews which i had never done before.We wanted to do a day trip when our cruise ship docked in Progresso Yucatan . Our plans were arranged prior to our trip via email through Roberto. Roberto was right on time to pick us up with a nice van and coolers with water. He was so nice and informative and went above and beyond to make our day a great one.What a beautiful place to visit . There are so many places we want to see but are limited on time. So when we are able to get back I wouldnt hesitate for a minute to call on Roberto to show us more of Yucatan!Thanks so much!!!

our daily tours , which allow you to enjoy each of the wonders that our state offers , from a tour of the jungle " Truck" which is pulled by horses to a refreshing boat ride appreciating mangroves , eyes water and diverse fauna of our region should be our lucky day we see the flamingos , etc.

We hired a van for 6 people to visit Chichen Itza and 2 cenotes. The office staff was well informed and accommodating. Our driver, Jorge, went out of his way to help us. The van was roomy and comfortable. I highly recommend this company.

Our driver, Abraham was excellent and communications were also perfect! Our van was sprawling clean and they had a cooler loaded with drinks including beer and water along with snack. Abraham was attentive without being intrusive and helped make our adventure an eleven star experience.

We’ve gone on two excursions with Irwing Tours and weather permitting will book at least one more during our stay in Merida. Irwin has great consideration for his guests, doing the little things like taking the scenic route so you can see the villages, and listens to your interests so he can design the best experience for you. It feels like you’re touring with a family friend but he also gives you appropriate space and you never feel rushed. His knowledge of ht region is unrivaled. If you need an English guide, his English is impeccable. Our excursions thus far have been to Cenotes Hacienda Mucuyche and Celestun to the nature reserve and beach.
