I went to Spice with my son for dinner one night. We both chose burgers.Our orders came fairly quickly, and at first sight, we were impressed. The burgers were stacked high, there were plenty of fries and tasty looking coleslaw. I have to say that I wasn't disappointed - it was a good burger and huge. The fries were so good - covered in some kind of coating that was spicy and really tasty. Delicious.The portions were really big and we couldn't quite finish off our meals. The food was well cooked, hot and tasty. The price for a burger was around 180SEK, which for a Brit like me is expensive, but comparatively speaking, was fairly reasonable for this part of Sweden.The staff were fairly attentive and did what they were supposed to (nothing more, nothing less), and we had no complaints about the service.Overall, we were happy with our experience and we will definitely be back again (the pizzas looked good, too).

Many different establishments have served food at this site for years, lately Åsikten is probably best remembered. The premises have now been renovated and have a new owner. If you love meat and hamburgers, this is the place for you. It's now an absolutely top notch steakhouse. You should really try the Black Angus beef, aged for 120 days and charbroiled to absolute perfection. Very fresh and romantic venue. Extremely friendly and efficient service. Surprisingly low prices.♥️♥️♥️♥️

We were here for a late lunch on a cold April day. We really enjoyed the warmth inside, the beautiful view of the river and the food itself (I had a burger, my wife had salmon). I'm not crazy about the fact that you have to go outside and order food at the bar, but you can't have everything. The staff was very friendly, and that's a plus.

Genuine excellent locally prepared seafood. Mostly salmon, but also flatgish and shrimps. Maybe the athmosphere is a little so/so but the food is fantastic! Whatever you choose - you will not be dissapointed

Went for dinner with my boyfriend, brother and a friend. We all had the spareribs as we were told that´s what they are famous for. We were all satisfied. For me, it was mayber a little too much spiced, unnecessarily. Overall the atmosphere is very nice as you sit by the small port of Åhus and the sunset was stunning. We drank the housewine, both red and white and it was not bad, although expensive, as all costs of drinks in Sweden, not to mention the whiskeys at the end of the meal. But when you go out dining in Sweden, you must count with that. Tried their homemade ice cream, creme brulée and chocalate cake as well, none to be disappointed. For us, it was an all in all nice and relaxing experience. Try their homemade smoked salt to season your meat:-)!!!

Äspets rökeri - perfect for sunny evenings in Åhus. Very good and not so expensive food and drink, the fish is smoked on the premises. We recommend the plate "Stjerneskud" inspired from Denmark. You will not leave hungry! Transport over the water from Åhus harbour with the little shuttleferry, fun for kids. They have a cheap childrens menu, good restaurant for families.

Welcome to Åmund. We are a seasonal restaurant open from easter to late autum. Our menu varies during the season but you can always be shure to get our famous baby back ribs.

This must be the most overhyped restaurant in Åhus. There is no floor, just the asphalt from before the restaurant was "built"; the windows are made of blurry soft vinyl and the chairs are the cheap plastic kind normally used as emergency spares. Not exactly what you expect in a high priced restaurant with luxury ambitions. That would however be OK if the food was great, which it is NOT. Almost no spices whatsoever is added to the food. Avoid this place until they have employed a chef that knows something about cooking and the prices have been lowered. Hej Bengt, tråkigt att du blev så besviken vid ditt besök hos oss. Dock ett bra exempel på att smaken är som baken. Vi tycker tex att musslor ska smaka musslor, hade vi velat servera vitlöksmusslor så hade de funnits på menyn. Det går annars bra att fråga vid beställning om man har speciella önskemål så försöker vi lösa det. Att vi för några år sedan valde att ta bort byastenarna på uteserveringen för att gjuta ett svart betonggolv handlar om en annan sorts smak samt praktikalitet. Vad som är hutlöst dyrt eller inte är upp till bedömaren/gästen, vi hanterar bara de bästa råvarorna i en personalkrävande miljö och sätter våra priser efter det. Kompetensen hos min kökspersonal är väldigt hög(bl a nobelmiddagar) och de har mitt fulla förtroende men det är klart, alla kan göra ett misstag. Välkommen åter

This is more an old school restaurant. Classic interior, design, dishes... We came here for a dinner and tried starter, main and dessert.The food was very good and the portions were quite big, at least considering the restaurant of that level. The service was attentive. We took a very nice NZ wine from the menu and it did not disappoint.I would recommend this place for everyone who appreciates a nice dinner in a nice environment.

We've had such a great time today at the Absolut Home tour. Our guide Erik was excellent and is a great ambassador for Absolut's beliefs and culture. The multimedia that plays a big part of the tour was a definitely part of the enjoyment for us; it was very engaging. The surrounding area is worth spending some time in too. I could go on and on about how great this tour is but would suggest you go and experience it for yourself instead! Cheers!
