Yesterday, 15th December 2017, we had our year end function at this venue and what a total let down.The service is atrocious and although the food , when we eventually got it after three and a half hours, was good, the so-called waiters did not even know who had ordered what. The resulting calling out of whatever dish appeared from the kitchen was rather hilarious and quite pathetic considering the venue. All but professional.Some of our group of around thirty guests had arrived an hour and a half after the first batch but their food was delivered first.It seems as though the orders were taken, all the pieces of paper stacked on top of each other and worked on from the top down.It was like getting to the airport early and then receiving your baggage last at your destination.The arrangement was that non-alcoholic beverages would be covered by the company but I was nevertheless presented with a bill.Fortunately this issue was resolved.Whoever the manager is, only appeared very briefly and was noticeably indifferent to the clientâs needs or requests.This place deserves no recommendation and should be given a miss. There is no atmosphere and the place looks like it needs a maintaince makeover. Loose wires hanging off the walls and a clearly visible storage area for chairs and tables. Service was very slow and wafts of smoke smell from the smoking area. Food was mediocre. Wonât be returning.

Service is so fast, felt like they were faster than a fast food take away place. Sushi very delicious. Service good. Sushi a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. They are right next to the play area of Willowbridge, so depending on when you go, might be quite noisy. Otherwise, its a must go to place.

Took a friend for breakfast and was amazed at the high quality of the restaurant layout as well as the breakfast. Staff was superb and the variety of choices were outstanding. This venue is close to the Canal Walk mall which is so large with many different shops. I found this family restaurant some time ago and continue visiting from time to time. I'm not the only one, I see other customers are coming back too. The food is tasty, sushi made with fresh fish, the service is great and personal and the place is unpretentious. After a few visits we established a habit of starting the meal with the most delicious salmon miso soup, we always have salmon rainbow roll and try something new. Last time we had salmon and tuna sashimi, you can tell the quality of the fish is great. I know that Yuz restaurant opens at 13:00 and is closed on Sundays. They have a few free parkings just in front, anywhere else you'll have to pay for the parking.

We were welcomed by a friendly waitress and taken to the table. Service was immediate and nothing was a problem . We were linked to Wi-Fi by the manager and the waitress signed us up to the John Dory Club. My family and I visited this restaurant for an early birthday celebration dinner. I was not aware of the fact that reservations are advised for a Saturday night but we were warmly welcomed and shown to our seats. What an experience it turned out to be! The food was tasty and the presentation was lovely. We started with vegetable Spring Rolls and ordered Masaman Curry, Red Curry, Sweet and Sour Crispy Pork and Vegetables, Fried Rice, Jasmine Rice and a Vegetarian Noodle dish. All the dishes tasted great but my personal favourite was the Vegetarian Noodle dish (with cashew nuts). My nephew, a Milkshake Connoisseur, declared the Chocolate Milkshake the best he's ever had and my Sister, the Hot Chocolate Connoisseur, made a similar observation of her drink.
