It's nice to have a Sushi quickly at the counter on the 1st floor. There seems to be another restaurant upstairs, but it's good for a quick lunch.One thing I was disappointed is that the miso soup is just a machine made one.

A traditional quaint sushi restaurant/bar, you are greeted by the owner who is a 2nd generation owner of the restaurant and the master sashimi / sushi chef. He very passionately explained what each piece was. Handmade in front of you, delicate flavours, and absolutely delicious. A must experience.

Situated very close to Shinkansen entrance, perfect place for dinner before taking the train. Draft beer was high quality. Different kinds of sakes are available. Serving was quite quick.

Read trip advisor and went--thanks to the staff who charged us the wrong amount ... chased after us outside the store and fumbled around for 10 minutes, we missed the train, waited an extra 40 minutes, and consequently the fireworks. I really didn't care what the final amount was. They undercharged us. But get the price right the first time. Really not happy.

Although sushi which is rotating is also good, sometimes you order a kind of sushi that are not rotating. The freshness of the neta (fish) is outstanding, going on the ordinary sushi shop.
