Probably one of the best examples of the spur franchise. Good for a quick "after gala" bite, management is very "hands-on". first and foremost i want to thank the staff for their help tonight. i lost my wallet with my cc and debit card today and my backup card would not work anywhere.i went up to restaurant told them what happened and asked if they would take a US $100 bill.they could not but the waiter Loic said he would take it and change it. well it was too much rand so he went round and round till a friend went to the bank and withdrew rand so i could eat.he never met me before and could have just said sorry, tough luck.the waitress from last night offered to get me a beer and pay for it herself.too generous. too nice of a person.even if the food had not been as good or the price not as fair i would still recommend this place on the fantastic staff alone !! thanks to all for their help! i owe you big time.Dear Travelloverdelmundo,Thank you for taking the time to review our Wichita Spur. Very popular restaurant offering steaks, ribs, hamburgers and the like. I had a 200 gram sirloin steak (119 rand) which tasted delicious. The sides are relatively unhealthy except for the veggies. You can get a salad as an extra. Fountain coke zero cost 19 rand for the small size. The servers were friendly and prompt and the meal come in good time. I have been to Tribes quite often. The Service, (with a smile) is efficient and the know how of exactly what is on the menu and recommendations. However, my absolute favorite every time are their delicious tasty spare ribs. Soooo very tasty and a good portion. Not forgetting their "creme Broulee" for dessert. Best Ever! I highly recommend Tribes. :)

During December 2017 we had our Christmas Lunch at Tern 'n Tender Restaurant and it was amazing! The food was perfect and the service outstanding!When a colleague resigned in May 2018, I decided to book a table there for my team again for 23 May 2018. What a disappointment! I ordered a medium steak and it was raw. Some of my colleagues ordered ribs, which was burnt. Almost everyone in the team of 12 people were unhappy with their food. I ordered the Bone marrow source for which they are famous for and even that tasted completely different from the source we were served during December. I will definitely not book a function there again.

Had the best ever chicken wings, well spiced and appropriately tender, coming with proper sauces.Bongi was the best waitress ever to have served us, efficient and joyful. It's a restaurant that needs a reservation given that it is quite popular for fine dining. The food s quite good and exceptional in the way it is prepared. I enjoyed my ostrich fillet, a unique dish. Equally enjoyed chicken wings as a starter. I was reminded of an Argentinian restaurant in London where the uncooked beef is brought to your table and explained in terms of parts and how its done. This restaurant does the same. Very decent restaurant and well laid out.It also has secure parking for one's comfort.
