Problems with the air quality in the room
Reviewed By SacreDroWell, the first time I was there there was a mold smell all day coming from the room, probably the bathroom or from the vent system, could not sleep since I have an allergy problem and requested to change the room, which was better and I got rid of the smell. The other room had not been clean properly and saw hair pieces and stuff in and belind the furniture. The meal was OK, but the rest of the meals were made from leftovers from the other meals prior, like pizza made from corn that was from a salad, you get the idea.

Reviewed By lisa6479The apartment was scruffy, had no sofa bed, apparently it had broken so they dumped 2 single beds in the lounge area which took most of the lounge area up , was no dressing table or draws in the bedroom, the whole family had to share a small mirror in the bathroom, and it was so badly lit, no plug in sink, all the curtains had been pulled of the tracks throughout the apartment, the toilet seat was broken and impossible to use, unable to use shower holder couldn't adjust it, and what was concerning was the worktop kitchen socket was hanging of the wall, nearest to the kitchen sink I could go on and on, if you are looking to book this apartment, then dont, the pictures on the web site are apparently all mixed up, so what you get is not what you see, and if you complained to the person who you meet, they just say if you don't like it then leave, go somewhere else there attitude is horrendous there happily offer u money back, knowing fine well you have no chance of booking elsewhere, you then phone the manager with your concerns and it got worse she is awful, and very rude she was totally obnoxious, she also said "what do you want for £55.00 per night" I have never complained about our holiday apartments ever before but this was a absolute shocker never again would I ever book with is company again. If there attitude was "ok lets see what we can do"! But there don't give a dam so do not book with this company!!!!!

Bathroom disgraceful toilet broke down on 3 occasions while there at the finish I had to fix it myself. The food is horrendous unless you like an ice cream corner for your breakfast. Not once did I see the swimming pool cleaned in the whole fortnight. Large seagulls squawking all day long around the pool area and when you went outside you got parrots squawking. The tiles around the pool are filthy and could do with a good scrubbing. Bedding was changed twice in two weeks and the towels changed twice in two weeks. Give this place a wide berth I’ve been to some basic hotels in Sunny Beach and I don’t expect 4 star when I am paying for 2 but this hotel is the worst out of the lot and I paid top dollar for it. Cleaners are ignorant and rude. One morning they came in went in bathroom and flushed the toilet and walked out not that it needed flushing. Also they left all the veranda open to any Tom Dick and Harry whilst my phone and laptop were on charge on the floor. Book this hotel at your peril. Don’t say you have not been warned it’s absolutely shocking and that is putting it mildly.

Reviewed By CinndyOh dear, where to start! The buildings were generally shabby up close and the word 'hotel' should not be used in the description of these buildings. Reception, there is no reception, there is an office type area and on arrival each guest group much check in, they are then brought to their room and the other guests are left to wait outside until that task has been completed by the receptionist, that process is then repeated until all guests have been brought to their rooms. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but were given a studio dump with chipped press doors that were hanging off their hinges, apparently the room that we'd booked and paid for, wasn't available as it was "busted up" before we arrived (first story), then we were told that there had been a mix up on their system (second story), eventually we were told that a non-family group had been given our room (third story). We were offered 2 separate rooms at opposite ends of the complex (apparently we should have been grateful for that offer), which we decided not to accept as we were on a 'family holiday'! After 2 days we got the room that we'd booked, alas, it was situated above a group of lads who liked to party after they came back from the bars (usually commenced around 5 or 6 am). The older receptionist was fairly nice but heavens above the younger one will never win any hospitality awards - OMG - one of the most bad mannered people you could ever have the misfortune to meet - RUDE!!!!!!!! Our room was never cleaned and the bins were not emptied once during our stay, we didn't have much rubbish and we are able to tidy up after ourselves, however, that's not the point. The linen wasn't changed nor did we get clean towels during our week long stay. The shower doors were broken and none of us managed to have a hot shower as the hot water was minimal. The pool area was ok and beds were readily available, unfortunately, the pool-side toilet was in the receptionists office and that had a sign that said 'do not enter if wet'! It's not always open either. We arrived quite late and asked what time the food area and bar closed - rude receptonist did not have such knowlege apparantely! I would have thought that should have been basic information provided on day 1! Would I recommend this place and would I stay there again - a most resounding NO would be my answer.

Just 2 minutes from the buses and mini train to both Sunny beach and Nessebar and a 10 minute stroll to the beautiful beach. Great pool, bar and nearby restaurant. Vessela, Angel and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I'm here twice a year and the family love it. Really is a hidden gem.

Reviewed By karlc349Stayed here for 2 weeks at end of august into september, excellent apartments which where spacious and very clean. Hosts were always very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend for couples and families looking to relax. Only about 10 minutes walk to beach but plenty of supermarkets, restaurants within couple of minutes walk. Definently be back again next year. Thank you kale summer life for a fantastic holiday.
