Reviewed By 90rmsVery clean, the beds = comfortable , the rooms are big and comfy, a quiet place. The center is about 5 minutes walk. You can pay cash or credit card, so you do not need to go at an ATM. The parking place was free and it was in front of the house. You can set what temperature you want in the room. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back

Wonderful guesthouse
Reviewed By Iulia BI visit this guesthouse Last month and I was pleasantly surprised. The location is close to the old town, my apartment was very clean, good breakfast and amazing stuff. I hope I'll be here next year!!!

Reviewed By Robert KVery nice location and the pension is very clean. Very nice conditions to spend some time there. The owners are very kind and helpfull. All the conditions imposed for Covid19 are implemented. Next to the pension at 5 minutes walk is Pescaria Albota where you can eat very well. Near the pension is a river and you can see the Mountains. Awesome place!

Situated in the old historical "Upper Town" area of the beautiful city Sibiu, Central Parc Studios offers a quiet and pleasant accommodation very closed with the most important places to visit in Sibiu. It's an old house build under old fashion ways with thick brick exterior walls which provides sweet cool on summer and comfortable warm during winters. All rooms have high roofs and all have air conditioning.

Reviewed By joanne_khI cannot say enough good things about Central Parc Studios! Traian (owner) and Andreu (staff) were both great and provided everything I needed in a timely manner. Traian even drove me to his ophthalmologist when I got an eye infection!! Everything was wonderful. The apartment was clean and modern and had excellent lighting (which is important to me). There is a washing machine and dryer (!) a few steps away on the landing. The Central Parc apartments are in a nice, clean, quiet and secure building. The location is just outside the Old Town. The main square is a pleasant and pretty 10-20 minute walk, depending on your walking speed. (I took me about 12 minutes.) I highly recommend Central Parc Studios in Sibiu!!

Extreme rude and aggressive with customers
Reviewed By Lavinia DWe tried to book a room via email, but could not make the payment like the arrangement (the next day after the email exchange) because we had a lot of work to do at the office and had no access to the phone for personal things (job policy) to let him know or to answer to his call (one single call). The owner got mad: if you don’t answer to him right away (ASAP no matter what) he will ban you and cancell your booking because he has plenty of customers. Rude way to talk to the customers. There is no booking website to make the payment, you must transfer money to his account at the bank or from HomeBank app, really shady. Definitely a no.

A great spot to relax
Reviewed By 742adafGreat location sorrounded by the forest. Beautiful cabanas with traditional decoration and a central garden which is missing some more flower arrangements but still nice. Room missed some basic items: room for 2 was offered only with one set of towel, no space to hang personal clothes; only couple of small cabinets. And the worst; the neighbour next room was snoring, thin walls I guess :-) Vegan breakfast was very sad, they must be more documented about their clients options and requirements. Anyway, good price, good location and above all the owners were nice and warm.

Nice place - terrible owner
Reviewed By rinaldo1126I went to this location twice. Both times, the owner was acting very strange. Like standing in a corner and watching everyone or staring through the windows at people on the "dance floor" . In my opinion he is most of the time drunk and always in a bad mood. One time, as you probabily saw in other reviews, he shut the electricity down during a birthday party at 5am, without informing anyone. (the agreement for the checkout was set for 16:00pm) What kind of person does that and why?
