Good for transfer
Reviewed By icouldiwillWe had to stay in Brasilia overnight and this place was perfect. Close to the airport, clean with helpful staff and good breakfast. Everything in the room was working properly and speaking no Portuguese yet, we were taken care of very well with all our needs until we left.

PÉSSIMO E DECADENTE, DESRESPEITO COM O HÓSPEDE

Hotel com aparência de abandonado, buracos no gesso do banheiro, tapete velho e manchado; cama de pedra, não oferecem coberta e acordei com formigas (!!) andando no rosto; tinham mendigos dormindo, isso mesmo, dormindo, na entrada do hotel. Café da manhã poderia compensar a estrutura péssima, mas é oferecido apenas 01 pão com queijo e presunto, café com leite e uma fatia de fruta. Nem bom dia me deram quando apareci para tomar o café. Pelo valor, cem reais, pode-se ficar num HOSTEL e ser muito melhor tratado e com acomodações DECENTES.

Reviewed By 272katiacPara quem não conhece Ilhabela, assim como eu não conhecia, a melhor opção é ficar hospedado entre as duas regiões, norte e sul, pois a locomoção se torna mais fácil.No lado sul, fica como dica a cachoeira do Veloso, que possue uma trilha considerada de média dificuldade, uma caminhada de aproximadamente uma hora, mas no final vale a pena, ela tem uma queda d'água de 60 metros e é possível entrar no poço que se forma com profundidade de 1metro e meio. Do lado Norte a praia do Jabaquara é imperdível, o acesso é por estrada de terra,mas carro de passeio consegue chegar lá. Quanto aos famosos borrachudos, eles estão presentes logo pela manhã, compre o repelente vendido na própria ilha " Citroilha" realmente funciona e é bem mais barato que a maioria.

Nice hotel, but a noisy room
Reviewed By ozinlondon08The hotel is lovely, there is a pool, spa/massage facilities tennis court, onsite parking, restaurant on site (the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were amazing!) It loses points as the room i had was extremely noisy, you can hear other rooms receive their wake up calls, the toilet being used and being flushed in other rooms, showers going, doors closing people walking past the room. The room is quiet large, a king bed which was super comfortable, small table and chair a balcony it had a view of other rooms, The bathroom was reasonable size with great water pressure. The towels were thing and on the smaller size, staff where lovely. The toilet takes a bit to get flushing

Reviewed By Thiagosouza333O atendimento é muito bom, o hotel é bem limpo e agradável. O quarto tem roupas de cama excelentes, de qualidade. O piso é de madeira corrida, o ambiente é silencioso. Não há extravagâncias, o quarto é simples porém muito confortável.
