I recently did the 3-day detox program at Yogarden and it was excellent. I felt like a new person afterward, even in such a short time! The team at Yogarden is fabulous, and so were all the fruits and juices... and I enjoyed the wide variety of yoga class styles offered while I was there. I definitely recommend it for anyone, with or without yoga or detox experience.

I ended up at Marga Yoga by chance and I am so happy I found this place. The studio is so vibrant and colorful and the class led by Simona brought me back to a trip around India a while back. It was the same energy, passion and commitment to yoga I had only experienced in India. To top it all up, at the end of the class, I stayed for breakfast, also cooked by Simona who prepared an amazing feast of tropical fruit, juices, cakes, (eggs for the non vegans), soup, espresso like at a proper Italian cafe' and a selection of teas. All of this mixed with a wonderful smile, a great hospitality and a wonderful sense of humor. I will definitely go back for more!!!

Super space- clear, light, fresh ... with small garden, where we relaxed and enjoyed kombucha with vegan balls. Here we practiced Ashtanga yoga. Thank you the owners Dmitry and Victoria for warm atmosphere. Highly recommend for visiting????????

Everything about Lamai Muay Thai exceeds expectations! The accommodation on site is a ten second walk to the ring and mats which is amazing for people going strictly for the training, and provides laundry services at low/no costs. The food and drinks from the cafe attached to the gym across the road provides great food and drinks, and has options to cater to anyone with dietary requirements, excellent for filling up on calories for the training sessions. The location of the gym is perfect, being just enough on the edge of the town to avoid the loud noises of the high street in the evening whilst still being only a minute walk from the main high street with plenty of bars or supermarkets nearby for essentials. Lamai beach being a 60 second walk from the gym is also a huge bonus - great for lounging around or going for a swim in between sessions. The locals are super friendly and happy to offer advice or recommendations on massages, restaurants, tours, and more! Most importantly, the training.. The training is second to none, with the instructors being incredibly helpful and friendly, and all are available for 1:1 PT sessions for incredibly reasonable prices if you wanted to squeeze in a few more sessions outside of the default 2 daily classes. They are all highly experienced with hundreds of fights between them, if not more - some also being active fighters alongside being instructors for the gym. The two classes (morning and evening) cover everything from cardio to technique to light sparring, and caters to people of all levels of skill. The instructors are great at ensuring their time and attention is split fairly across everyone, ensuring everyone gets a good amount of instruction and/or pad work to keep you stimulated and motivated. In all, the quality of service and the training vastly exceeds the cost - you get what you pay for ten times over with Lamai Muay Thai! 10/10 - already thinking of planning my 2020 trip. Many thanks to Ralph and the instructors for providing a phenomenal experience that will never be forgotten!

I had such a pleasant visit to Anodas spa at Nora Buri. From the moment you walk in you are made to feel comfortable and relaxed. The professional staff value their customers and demonstrate this through their communication both virtual and face to face. The spa facilities are superb and very clean. I could have spent a whole day there, it was so relaxing. I had a beautiful body scrub which left my skin feeling so soft and smooth afterwards, followed by the signature massage, recommended for full body relaxation. The staff were courteous and polite through the entire visit, they certainly made the experience as a whole very enjoyable. Thank you so much, I can’t wait to visit again soon!

What an amazing experience! I did the herbal detox + the liver flush and orange juice fast during 10 days and lost 5kg! It exceeded every expectation I had! My metabolism is very slow and when staying at a weight loss spa once for 2 months it took me almost 1 month to lose the same kgs. You can see that the herbal formulas are very potent and for me, the natural approach with herbs is far superior then doing a water colonic cleansing. This afternoon my husband and I visited the Swasana Spa We selected the 60 minute rejuvenating facial and Swasana massage On arrival we were warmly greeted and seated to relax with cold scented towels and refreshing drink after allowing us to relax for 10 minutes we were taken to the treatment room - we slipped on our gowns, feet washed and then tucked into bed Ahhh the relaxation is wonderful .... my skin feels amazing after 3 weeks of ‘Thailand’ I’ve given my body and skin something back before I head home On finishing we were given refreshing tea and able to sit and relax over looking the beach in the beach cabanas which are located on the grass area - 50m back from the beach Wonderful Spa, treatments are all very well priced and if you book between 10-3 you receive special price Would we visit again - certainly would
