This yoga studio is in an old plantation style house in Kalaheo just off the main road to Waimea. Easy to find. Welcoming lovely airy space with wooden floors and beautiful decoration. Great teacher, friendly people. Absolutely loved in and felt great afterwards. Just wish we had a studio like this where I live. Thumbs up from this Yogi.

Anya and her yoga instructors make each morning extra special with their yoga on the beach at the Kauai Shores. So glad it is every morning! A friend told us to do this massage because she loved it. Waohhh Awesome!! We were even more lucky because it was a rainy day and the steam bath and salt scrub procedere before the massage was the cherry on the cake. It’s an experience, not an ordinary massage. Loved it! Andrea was my massage therapist...we were welcomed to the sweet cozy space beautifully and enjoyed an incredible 90 min. aromatherapy and CBD oil massage. Waves crashing and birds singing were the perfect background noise to my attentive perfectly pressured massage. Dreamy. Highly recommend!

Words cannot describe well enough just how special Mylene is and her gift as a healer. I would say be ready for an intense first 1/2 hour or so if you are especially tight in areas, but hang in there... It is worth getting to the other side it! I am a former LMT myself and this is just the kind of session I would hope to give my clients. This is my 3rd time and it was absolutely sensational! Mahalo Mylene!

My husband and I had the opportunity to take yoga with Antonia twice during our stay at the Koloa Landing resort. We’ve both done a fair amount of yoga and thought she was a great teacher. The class was just what I wanted. A little bit of sweat, a little bit of stretch, and I left refreshed and ready to take on the day. My husband thought it left him feeling better than the massage he had earlier in the trip! Class is every Tuesday and Thursday at the resort (outside when weather permits) and is complimentary as a guest of the hotel.
