DAVAO City now has its own Amusement Park known with it's famous Phoebus Amusement Park. During the Grand opening of the Phoebus Amusement Park on Friday, November 15, 2019 hundreds of Dabawenyos trooped to the Covenant Mountain and Paradise Garden of Eden Restored (CMPGOER) in Barangay Tamayong, Calinan to personally witness and experience the grandiose show of lights and well-liked Christmas fixtures. As one of the tourist destination, the Phoebus Amusement Park boasts of a Million lights that cover the 65 live pine trees, the world-class European-inspired mansions that turn into a majestic abode of lights, the Grand Parade, the amazing 3D Mapping Show, Martha’s restaurant, David’s coffee shop, and the Glow gardens. Practically, you can never see any area that does not glow with colorful and vibrant lighting systems. What is more, expect to be serenaded by a chunk of live music at the Star of David plaza and hear the heart-warming sound from the band’s solo acoustic, saxophone, and violin. The Rizal Shrine

Reviewed By ImHappyAya

We where traveling land trip back to Manila, this place is really part of the itinerary. We could only read this on history books during grade school. It was a great opportunity being able to visit the shrine with my family. We had fun touring around, seeing the huts of Rizal, his Casa Residencia, the century old tree, etc. for free, no charges. It was good that it has been preserve and is taken care of so that children and adults alike could visit and will have a chance to see the past especially Rizal’s life when he was in Dapitan.
