The farm was born in 1996 and since the beginning it has been totally organic.The production of the farm is divided into 3 lines of extra virgin olive oil which has different tastes.The wine production is composed by red wine doc sangiovese,white wine maremma toscana igt,sweet wine.The whole production is made from fotovoltaic panels.In 2006 we opened an organic restaurant with a wide open lunch room and a beautiful view over the monte amiata landscape
