The walls and buildings of the city have become a canvas for both unknown taggers and globally known urban artists. With the concept of providing a literal and figurative canvas for such independent artists, Robert Burt (California native) and his wife Monica Riu (Barcelona Native) founded Base Elements Urban Art Gallery in 2003 with hopes of creating a space where such street artists could not only showcase their talents, but also be embraced as true artists.

IrisFoto is born from the idea of two photographers in 2013. For the love of creative and specialized photography mixed with a tremendous passion for technical research, we have build a macro camera system, to be able to take a impressive and unique photograph of your iris and produce a piece of art out of it.

We are HANDMADE®. Our mission is to keep alive the tradition of family owned workshops based in Spain. We do this by distributing HANDMADE®’s own creations through our online and six physical stores in Barcelona. Our stores are vibrant places where you can find endless styles of shoes to choose from. We make Espadrilles and Avarcas (the most traditional on this region of Spain), but also beautiful leather handmade boots. Feel free to pop by and have one of our artisans help find the right shoe for you or else they will make them right there! We do custom-made pieces. Everyone who visits Barcelona should get to know more about our traditional espadrilles, and for that, we also offer a Workshop Experience where you have the opportunity to become an artisan for 2 hours. It is already a must in the city. In our workshop you will build your own traditional Catalan espadrilles, which you will keep and be able to wear proudly a
