My husband and I enjoyed eating at the Rei dos Crustaceos about a dozen times during our five week stay in a family house on the beach in Tamandare. Geraldo the chef owner was friendly and so good at recommending the best food on the menu. The first day we arrived just 10 minutes before closing but he opened the doors, fed us two courses and was happy to have us there for over 1.5 hours. The food was fresh, tasty and the seafood was spectacular. We enjoyed the lobster, gamberones, crayfish, fish and picanha and aways with a nice bottle of wine and drinks. Highly recommend for the food and the hospitality and genuine care taken by the owner of this property.

O local é muito simples. Mesmo!!!! Não tem conforto, nem luxo, tudo muito rústico. Então se o cliente procura ar condicionado e cadeiras confortáveis, melhor não ir.Fomos por indicação e valeu à pena. Pedimos peixe ao molho de camarão e estava divino. Tudo muito gostoso.Ressalto que fomos na semana antes do Natal. Restaurante vazio, praia vazia. Talvez isso ajude na fluidez e qualidade do serviço prestado. Preço acessivel.Recomendo.

I got a tour with a nice man , Mr Roque ( or Senhor Roque), who has been living with hiis family for kore than 15 years.He knows everything about the marine biology and teaches a lot of interesting stuff about mangrove trees, different kind of shrimps, crabs, the corals, and it's really amazing beach. There is an appropriate time to visit all the area when the low tide. Beautiful! I recommend!

For already many years, the brand "Beijupirá" means quality and tradition at any of its addresses in Brazil. And at "Praia dos Carneiros", in the Southern coast of Pernambuco State, it couldn't be different! A simple, but extremely cozy venue, with attentive service and delicious menu, right on the golden sands of "Praia dos Carneiros". Seafood is always a must at "Beijupirá" and an almost compulsory order! Staying at neighboring "Pontal dos Carneiros" hotel, we had a few meals at "Beijupirá" and enjoyed them so much, that we kept coming back along our stay! Prices are on the expensive side, just as anything else at this exclusive high-end destination. If you miss "Beijupirá", you will probably regret forever! Bon Appétit!

We went into the restaurant and, after realizing there were too many mosquitos around, asked them if they could deliver the food to the bedroom (bungalow, actually).We ordered, went to our room and waited for an hour!When the food arrived I realized the dessert was missing (even though they had asked whether to bring it at the same time as the food and we said yes). I mentioned the dessert, they realized the mistake and went to get it.No one came back to pick the dishes (there were a lot of them) and, the bungalow being out in the open, we really couldn't put the dishes outside.

We ate here many times, even invited two friends on one occasion. We all like to confirm that the food is excellent, all fresh shrimps are served and not made from Aqua Culture.When we return to Carneiro Beach we will return. It is a beautiful walk from there, about an hour and 30 minutes walk on the most beautiful beaches. Depending on the tide of course, one should walk there on a low tide if it can be combined with lunch around 1 or 2 pm in the month of march 2015 when we were there

I think this restaurant is underrated. I felt the service was quite good, the food was great and a good value. Our orders were accurate and delivered quickly, at the peak of Lunch Time. You canât beat the views of the ocean and the staff was friendly. So far the grilled fish (Peixe Grelhado) and Shrimp Dish (Bobó de Camarão) weâre the best of our week long stay and very delicious! I definitely would go here again!
