We were in a larger group and had the tasting menu. Several really nice and elegant dishes, special flavours and good combinations. At one point they ran the risk of going overly poncy, but, to my mind, they did not go over the top. All of this was combined with a good wine pairing for each of the courses and that makes it a good recommendation.

We stumbled across this stylish Italian, set back surrounded by trees and close to the railway. The place really has a charming feel and lovely atmosphere. The chef personally greeted us and took time to explain the fixed menu. He clearly is passionate about his craft and the proof was in the eating. Delicious... with all the fresh Italian flavours you could wish to savour. The meal was finished off with a glass of homemade limoncello, a must try... Service from the entire team was first class, the food exceptional, the first train flying past was a little disconcerting but adds to the charm and experience. Worth a visit and we will definitely return.

When in Amersfoort and when the opportunity arises: go here! Enjoy wonderful food. Prepared by passionate cooks and presented by passionate people. Everything is the way it is supposed to be. Definitely worth the trip and your trouble to go there and enjoy a wonderful meal. The staff is very friendly and helpful and polite. You will enjoy a great evening out. Enjoy the wine and the chef specials. Do make a reservation. Also for that special moment appropriate.

Trendy restaurant with good food. I loved the dry-aged ribeye for its saturated taste. The restaurant is beef specialty oriented, with a focus on pure tastes. They do have some chicken and fish dishes, but no options for vegetarians. With meat products highly visible in the restaurant, this is not a strange omission. Service is friendly. It was busy on a regular Tuesday evening, so a reservation might be something to think about.

The restaurant is ideally situated on the bank of the river and presents, right from the entrance of the premises, a warm and cosy atmosphere. The personnel is very qualified and service absolutely classy, with the right balance of discretion, care and personal attention to customer. The employees are elegant and well trained, and visibly like their job, and we could feel it.The 4 or 3 course menu options were presented perfectly and were immediately giving the envy to try all. Which we did, choosing the 4 course meal.Portions are completely adequate, rich, but not overfilling. No pretention and focus on excellent products.Totally meeting expectation. The fish was cooked to perfection and the meat was savoury. Side dishes are really worked on and there is nothing to say about breads and dessert, which are of equal quality.The wines are in line with the rest.The dining experience in this place meets the criteria "this is worth what it cost". Final note is that the bill is reasonable with regards to the category of the restaurant.Really nice dinner.Special mention for the attention of the staff for a new born baby and its mother, and the delicate way they accomodated the serving schedule of the dishes in conjunction with the mother and child needs with a nice caring attitude.

No English menu but a really nice and friendly staff to translate.The food looks great and taste good.They also have a free WiFi.When the weather is good you can start with a nice drink outside and enjoy the nature view.The prices are a bit high but for a nice business dinner this is a good choice in the area.

Enjoyed a wonderful meal at this restaurant, the salmon entree was perfect being smoked on the premises. The beef cooked to perfection and the wine recommendations excellent. The decor was warm and inviting on a cold damp evening. The staff were very attentive and charming. My husband us still eulogising about the Dover Sole. Most definitely the best meal we had on our 5 week trip in Europe.

Fantastic authentic Restaurant run by fantastic Friendly Greek family This restaurant is as good as any taverna I've ever been to in Greece and I have holidayed every year all over Greece since 2006All was good with this restaurant food is fantastic and hospitality is fabulous.I would recommend and visit again next time I am in Soest.
