What a superb place to eat. Understated from the outside, but wow, is this place a wonderful place to experience such good food. The vibe is really good, and the food is even more delicious. A nice variety to choose from and the people are super friendly.I would go there every time I visit Langebaan

Lovely spot. Really great setting and good service. The food we had was good as far as breakfast goâs. Everything was fresh and the kids enjoyed it(always a good thing)Biggest let down. The Coffee is not good. Not sure if itâs the Barista or the bean blend but no one enjoyed theirs. Will we come back? Maybe for super!

Casual ten course meal. They allow you to bring your own beverages, otherwise there is an expensive bar. Food is good with no cutlery, so use a black mussel shell or your hands. Many dishes are stewed dishes laced with potatoes. Yeah there was crayfish, sorry to say over cooked and dry. Atmosphere was great, better than the food.

We again visited with friends and had a delightful evening. The beautiful view of the ocean from the restaurant add to the experience. The ambiance is good and relaxed. The food (we all had fish) was excellent. The service quick and friendly. Worth a visit.

I think this is the first restaurant that i rated so high.Food were fantastic freshly baked fish and chips .The service good and the wine excellent and at a fantastic price .Most of the wines were local .The view fantastic .This Lapa is a must .

Lovely fish-shop with a place to get grilled foods next door. Service is fast, food is fresh (although the samoosa's and spring rolls are pre-cooked).The food was pretty cheap and service was quick. The ladies working the counters were full of giggles.

I highly recommend this place due it's great service and delicious foods. Soft perfectly spice crumbed calamari, chicken strips with the perfect sweet chili dipping sauce to die for and crispy snoek springrolls...yumminess! Prices are affordable and the service friendly professional and attentive. And to top it all off....their "moer" coffee hits the right spot!

We were looking for somewhere for dinner and visited the most popular restaurants in town on Tripadvisor. Their menus were all very uninspiring - the usual burgers, steak, pasta. Then we stumbled on Thoban Chefs tucked away in the corner of a small square - what luck!We like Asian food and this place has a great selection on its menu. We had a few starters and shared a Thai curry for main course - all were really outstanding - freshly cooked, spicy and tasty. As an added bonus, wine by the glass was only R30 for a generous quantity.Nice service from very enthusiastic and friendly staff made it a very special evening. When in Langebaan again weâll definitely be going back here.
