War 2015 zweimal hier und kann nur sagen: Kleine feine frische Auswahl, nordisch rustikal freundlich.Obwohl es in der Hauptsache Fisch gibt, riecht es nicht danach. Die Fritten sind super lecker, der frittierte Fisch sowieso. Ein kleiner Geheimtipp, wenn man auf Bedienung verzichten kann. Ausgezeichnete Qualität , meine Freunde waren begeistert.

On my recent Germany visit I made a stop in Xanten. We went for breakfast to Xantener Stuben Restaurant. It was first class. There was absolut nothing missing on the buffet. The spread was wonderful and everything tasted fantastic. The price was more then reasonable and it even included champagne. The owner is super nice and makes everybody feel welcome. I wanna go back to Germany just for the food at Xantener Stuben. I will definitely be back and will make reservations the next time I go with the family. I can't wait. Thank you Xantener Stuben for making this Germany trip a culinary highlight.

We used to eat here regularly and liked it. The food was tasty, portions were big, prices very reasonable, friendly staff....but one day we found A FLY inside of our stuffed wine leaves....That's right...a fly....and it did not just fall into our food...we found it after cutting the wine leave in halves....it must have gone inside during preparation.We complained to the waiter who did not feel like apologies at all, in stead making a silly joke like "You must be lucky that you didn eat it..."We never went here again, I have serious doubts about their level of hygiene.

Left Edinburgh at noon to FrankfurtArrived after 2000 in Emmerich and was guided by the hotel manager to try the Italian restaurant Pizzeria La TavernaA short walk and on this cool winter eveningI enjoyed a great Italian mealOne thing got wrong!They only had Merlot as open wine and this is not my favourite However the meal was excellent and that made it up for the wineReally can recommend this place to any lovers of Italian food

We have just been back to Landhaus Koepp, again it was a remarkable night - not exactly cheap, rather expensive, BUT you definitely get the best value for your money, each and every bite you take is worth the money you are going to spend. The chef creates the most unusual meals, combines ingrediants in ways we had not heard of before. If you bring enough time - everything is absolutely fresh - you are in for an unsual night. Everything is exquite: the atmoshere, the service, food, and drink.

Decided to eat here since we were staying in the hotel. First class service from an attentive owner.Food quality was very good and the owner suggested we try a local red German wine with our meal. It was more expensive than the usual carafe wine but I must admit it was a pleasant surprise being a very drinkable light red.Each of our party had a three course dinner but none of us were able to finish due to the enormous portions. The restaurant was busy with local people which is usually a good sign and we all felt it was good value.

Inselgasthof Nass is a place where meals are served rich in good quality and quantity. Fish, their speciality, accompanied by fresh vegetables, fried potatoes, salads and delicious desserts, wines. Meat is very good as well and often they have game on the menu. The view from most of the tables on the Rhine landscape with all the shipping makes your meal a complete treat. They atmosphere is relaxed, service friendly. could not finish all the good food? They will pack it for you to take home.The place is hard to find without a GPS, maybe it's better to keep it that way.
