Best local restaurant we found from Jambiani to Paje.This is the only place we eat twice in our vacation in Zanzibar.The prices are normal for a local restaurant, but the portion are much bigger. The potato chips are the best we had. The only place where they don't put salt on your potato chips. Waiting time is average for Zanzibar, once we waited 45min and once only 20min. The grilled sea food is fresh and excellent cooked. Highly recommended!

Very nice little restaurant just a few meters off the beach. Prices more affordable than nearby hotels. We especially liked the beef samosa and the mojito's! The staff was very sincere and friendly. They even escorted us back to our hotel at night (without expecting anything in return).

We had a fantastic meals at Sahari Restaurant . The service was friendly and excellent and the atmosphere was brilliant. The food was delicious. Beautifully prepared fresh and delicious food at reasonable prices. I visited Luciana Restaurant with my family and we ordered 4 different dishes - Kuku Paka (recommended by chief - perfect fit), Masala Chicken, Grilled Chicken and Vegetable spice rice. Everything was fresh and delicious, the portions were big and served nicely! What we really like about this place is as well the lovely atmosphere - Luciana and her staff were kind, smiled, open and cared about our satisfaction. Definitely worth visiting!:)

Looked very nice and ranked good here but the food was not really good, pizza like a frozen one, very small portions and for that the prices too high. Canât recommend, many other better places in Paje!

I was staying at Ebb & Flow so came here for breakfast a couple of times, and also for dinner and drinks during the stay.Really friendly staff, especially the manager (Fred?) who was amazingly accommodating about giving us our breakfast post-surf, despite it being technically lunch time.Dinners and snacks also good, especially the fish masala curry. Everything my various dining companions had also looked great and everything was very fresh and freshly cooked.A tad more expensive than some other places along the strip, but good food and friendly, so worth it.Thank you for your lovely review!So happy to hear you enjoyed your meals with us and that our staff accommodated your needs! Away from the beach, so requires a walk through the village (with the approach being pitch black at night), and oddly, when I went, I was the only guest, but the staff were amazingly welcoming and friendly, and the food was great. The starter I had of vegetable tempura was really well cooked and actually a large enough portion for two.Octopus for a main course was tender and flavoursome.Make sure you ask them for some of their fresh chilli mixed with oil to make a dipping sauce - It blows your head off but is delicious and addictive (and washed down with a cold beer, the perfect thing to have with dinner).

Was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza here - as good as I've had in Italian restaurants in cities in Europe.Lovely setting, overlooking the sea from a slightly elevated dining room which is airy and bright.Fairly (comparatively) pricey compared to some other places along the beach but a great place to visit when you want a break from seafood and local dishes.Friendly, efficient service, too.Many thanks for your nice review on our restaurant service and food quality.
