Although we heard so many good comments on this restaurant, we were extremely disappointed and offended by the staff´s behavior . They were very rude when they literally forbade us to sit at the preferred table.. by behaving rudely and telling us that all the front tables were reserved. However. according to a European law, if a restaurant wants to have the policy of reserving tables, this has to be registered.. and this was not the case.. on top of al the waitress verbally attacked by friends and told them that she doesnât care whatever comments we might make. This is a place I will never visit again, nor do I recommended it.Dear Do you think that is fair ,to have your own rules when you visit a place ,that is not yours?Even when this place works with rules that they are excepted from everyone ?On top of that ,you trying to threaten us ,with a bad review?You use the power and the anonymity of internet,to threat a business and all the people that they work for your joy?Or did you forget they way you talk to Vicky ,our manager,yesterday ?Let me remind you : You enter the restaurant and you demand to sit in a table that was reserved!Vicky ,well know for her hospitality and kindness, explain you that the table is unfortunately reserved ,and try to saw you another table ! Rudely, while you complaining , leaving our restaurant,you threaten us : âIâm leaving and you will see what I will writeâThis is your way of holidays ? Share threats and bad reviews to whoever doesnât fix you in the way you demand?We take every review ,very serious and we try to satisfy all of our customers with the top of the quality. Misunderstandings and mistakes are always part of our job ,but we had never been threaten from someone and never someone use a huge amount of lies to harm us.Shame Haris

Very good food fish ,rice with seafood and spageti bolognese .Price are a little higher but it's average for Ouranopolis .The melon on the and was free of charge .Staff is very gentle ,and one guy speaks serbian ,or something like that :) .We weren't made pictures ,but place is nice and confortable .

What a great lunchtime feast well looked after food absolutely amazing very big portions I had the seafood calamari which was very tasty the beer is ice cold and good. We are going back tomorrow views are great and you are made to feel very welcomed

Best meal out in this lovely Greek seaside village. Lovely table overlooking the water with fabulous sunset views! Lively, buzzy atmosphere with friendly attentive waiters! We ate fresh fish and lamb cutlets - all cooked beautifully and tasted delicious. Traditional baklava and coffee to finish off. Really delightful evening!

It was hard to choose which restaurant to eat in, with so many looking so good to choose from.We decided to try near the tower, and the water - so we could watch the sunset & found this place.The waiter couldnât have been nicer & the food was outstanding. I had the octopus salad & it was really delicious, the octopus was really tender & tasty.

We eat here almost everyday. Food is nice and prices almost affordable. The Romanian waitress pays good attention to your needs. The burgers they serve are very good and also the grilled chicken brest. Pasta ai frutti di mare was good but a little too much oil for my taste. The portions are very big.Today i took away food and ate in the hotel.

I Visited Ouranoupolis for 3 days, and fairly speaking Athos restaurant is by far the best choice for lunch or dinner.Great Hospitality by the local owner Mr. Nikos.Amazing view!!!!!Many thanks for your awesome comment for our Restaurant and we will be glad to see you again for another taste experience!

We have visited this restaurant twice this week, and 3 times last year. Every visit has been excellent. Fantastic service, beautiful setting, immaculate and clean and superb food. I'm vegetarian and there was lots to choose from. Vegetable linguine is amazing, haloumi rocket salad is fabulous too. My husband has seafood and he said it was delicious. They made small pasta dishes for our children and nothing was too much. Honestly can not fault at all. My favourite restaurant in Greece! Excellent value for money, both meals were between â¬70-120 including either a bottle of prosecco or a bottle of the Moutain Sauvigion Blanc, which is beautiful! Well done Kritikos for consistently being excellent. And thank you for the private transfers from our hotel.Thank you for your great review! Greek tavernas have upped their game in recent years. Kokinos like many in resorts has a smart, white look, good service and a slightly more ambitious twist to traditional Greek fare. This is helped by the huge improvement in Greek wine. We sat next to a huge Russian guy, on his own, with two mobiles, who ordered 4 dishes and a bottle of wine which he proceeded to consume after standing and making the Orthodox sign of the cross 4 times. The Chaldikiki is a favourite watering spot for East Europeans especially Bulgarians. A good test of a Greek taverna is its Tarama. It must be creamy, smooth with a hint of fish roe, distinctive but not too strong. Kokkinos passed the test. I asked for Red Mullet (Barbounia) which they didn't have because the Med is fished out. We had a nice grilled cheese with fig relish and some passable grilled octopus. All in all pleasant enough not that much better than a simple, traditional taverna to merit more than 3 stars.

Had a meal here it was ok the mousaka was not that good would say frozen and heated up My wife had sea bass which was great. Did feel that the service was not that good Dear 578bri ,We would like to sincerely apologise for the unpleasant experience which you state occurred on your recent visit to Chryso Agistri regarding your meal. We can assure you that this kind of event is obviously an isolated incident and in no way reflects the high culinary standards which our restaurant is known for. Neither have we had such an occurrence in the past, as all of our raw ingredients are very carefully selected and prepared using very strict procedures in terms of hygiene. Once it was brought to the attention of our waiters, they acted efficiently and professionally, replacing your dish immediately with a new one, which is the normal policy of any restaurant of good standing. It is regretful to read your comments regarding the service of our waitress and we are sorry if any inconvenience was caused, while your feedback has been duly noted. Best regards,
