We stumbled upon Ganzo on our way to our hotel, and we are so glad we decided to stop by! Great service (we had a nice chat with Alessandro, thanks for your recommendations on what to order). And the food was delicious. We had the tagliatelle al uovo with truffles, burgers and pizzas, it was all excellent. It was before Christmas so a lot of families and large groups of people having a great time.Dear Elsa,Many thanks for taking the time to review our restaurant. We visited this restaurant for lunch on our last day in Castelfiorentino. The chef explained the menu in detail and upon seeing that we wanted to have fish and seafood, he offered to put together antipasti and primi, some of which were not even on the menu. The food was excellent and the portions were ample. There were 3 types of dessert on the menu and we ordered the pannacotta and chocolate millefoglie to share between the four of us, having previously gone through three courses. We were wowed as the chef served the chocolate fondante soon after, despite us not having ordered it. This was simply divine and what's more, it was not added to the bill!Definitely one of the best meals we had whilst on holiday in Tuscany.

Sono stato in questo locale invitato ad un 18° compleanno,ristorante immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità assoluta con un panorama da cartolina. Il buffet era allestito all'esterno ben curato a bordo piscina dove, purtroppo, quella sera era sporca, credo ci sia stato qualche problema tecnico. Buon cibo e pizza ottima, infatti andava a ruba, personale gentile, soprattutto la ragazza ai vini era molto cortese e disponibile. Comunque ci tornerò sicuramente a pranzo perchè voglio testare meglio il cibo e vedere l'interno.

Due to a public holiday all restaurants were packed. We were a group of eight. They opened an extra room for us so that we could have dinner. Good quality food and friendly service. They warned us that service was going to be slow due to the holiday, but it was no issue for us.

Luckily I had read the reviews about this place being next to the gas station, and spotted it while leaving Gambassi terme. Had a great fried fish platter and some good wine. Too windy to sit out, but good view from terrace.

We had a perfect evening at La Rocca. First we got a very friendly welcome when we arrived. Then, throughout all of the evening the service was very friendly. And of course most import: All courses we ordered were very yummy. The chef definitely deserves the awards he got already! Besides of all this, the location is beautiful as well. This restaurant definitely is a strong recommendation for everyone loving delicious gourmet food and who is in this area of Tuscany. It looks rather like a wedding only venue, but is a fully functioning restaurant. the waiting staff were attentive and helpful, even bringing us dishes to try that they thought we might like. Tip - the fish menu is amazing! Everything was good and made the walk there and back well worth it!
