Paninart, the Italian Slow Food
I've been here on a late hour to have a snack for my wife and me for takeaway. It took like 15 minutes to prepare one Panini and one other thing (crispy bread with tomatoes). The Panini itself was quite good, the other thing not. What annoyed me most, was the smell inside the location while waiting for the food: it was just like some air-conditioner-deo from a car...that's just not what you expect in a restaurant!

Sabino and Ricardo do a fabulous job at making you feel at home whenever we attend their restaurant. Food is always served in abundance and all dishes are prepared fresh with the best ingredients. During my last visit, we let Sabino prepare our menu, and he did not disappoint. We had a variety of raw and fried seafood antipasto. Two first servings of pasta and rice and a fritto misto for seconds. Plenty of wine was available throughout the night. Meal was reasonably priced. Can't wait to return!!!!

This was recommeded by a local as a place where "si mangia bene". We stopped here enroute to Castel del Monte and were truly impressed by the quality of the food and the thoughtful preparation of our grilled fish with fresh local vegetables. Great pasta and judging the meals served to the other guests around us, you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. It seemed like a classic family operation - somone in the kitchen had their young child along . Recommended to go to this place by the locals, and they were right. Would definitely come again as the food was delicious, with excellent choices for all courses, and the senior waiter was very knowledgeable on their wines. The prices were not expensive compared with the larger, more touristy towns, and the staff and the locals very friendly. This would have been marked as excellent throughout had it not been for a nearby restaurant which believes that the karaoke they put on for their customers should be broadcast to the whole of Andria's town centre. As we were sitting outside, we couldn't hear ourselves speak. Its a real pity and I am sure will lose what is otherwise a great bistro, quite a bit of custom. So if possible, sit inside.

The name EVO lends itself to different meanings, all in equal manner that identify the style and concept of the restaurant: the first comes from "EVO", an acronym for Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and arises from the need to tie the local to the territory and t
Don't miss this very special dining experience. Exceptional service. Exceptional chef and creative dishes, wonderful milieu. Meal preparation uses excellent ingredients and subtle flavors. We especially enjoyed the octopus and garbanzo appetizer, the gnocchi with shrimp and the fabulous homemade breadsticks and rolls. Dessert was a beautiful and tasty white chocolate mousse. 20E for the tasting menu in the evening was a good deal or select from the excellent menu and get slightly larger portions.
We traveled to Andria to visit the relative of out friends from Chicago. Anima a fantastic restaurant and we had the best food and experience of our entire vacation at the establishment. The owner/Chef Antonio Roberto Festa is outstanding. Antonio was a Chef in London for six years and he prepares his food masterfully with the best ingredients. The building is unique and charming as well. You might walk past the entrance, but do not pass this restaurant up if you are in Andria.Kevin C McCurrie

In this small city this restaurant was our refuge for a late lunch. Nice ambient where taste typical dishes and wines from Puglia. Complete lunch for two with drink, wine, food and coffe was around 70 euros. Not so much for a very fresh and taste food. Also the waiter was very friendly and professional.

Frumento was a delightful experince, a wonderful succession of tastes and unexpected but delicious flavor combinations. I went there expecting good food and but I found extraordinary dishes, surprising and bold flavors, the freshest ingredients, a great variety of in house products, a most talented chef and kitchen team and knoledgeable and friendly waiting staff. I sincerely recommend letting the chef surprise you because you will be delighted.

Small pearl in the heart of the city. You will be amazed by how much passion and professionalism you will be welcomed. The typical Sivigliana kitchen will conquer you as well as the wines impeccably proposed by the hostess. Excellent indeed!

A cozy, quiet fish restaurant in the center of the Barletta. Pleasant, attentive service. The interior, executed with taste. A good fish menu, prepared according to the wishes of visitors. A large wine list. Reasonable prices. Popular with local residents. I recommend to all those who by fate, was in this town.
