For the believers the place is divine.. the long wait in the ques for a few seconds of darshan is well worth it.. the arrangements are very good with facilities provided at every crucial place.. try and take a Rs 300 darshan ticket for a faster experience..

This temple is located on the left side of the pushkarani near the tirupati temple.. This temple is a must visit place for pilgrims who visit Tirumala. It is said that Lord varahaswamy owns the Tirumala, and he gave place to Lord venkateshwara. This is a very powerful and ancient temple for Sri Anjaneya Swami , it is located in such a way that the murthi of Sri Anjaneya faces the Lord Sri Venkateswara Swami . This temple is in exact opposite direction of maha dwaram or main entrance . This is not the big Anjaneya that you see while coming down . That cement structure is a recent addition . This temple was established centuries before .

According to temple legend Goddess Mahalakshmi emerged on the golden lotus as Padmavathi Devi located at the centre of Padmasarovaram-the temple tank. No mobile phone or camera is allowed inside. You can deposit them at the counter near the entrance. If you are in a hurry you should buy Rs100 ticket for a quick darshan. The ticket also affords a closer look at the deity than the general darshan line.

We went to this temple since tirumala darshan was cancelled due to PM visit.. It takes 1.5-2 hrs to reach the temple from tirupathi bus stand..There is lot of buses one for 20 mins..And there are non sto buses too.. The temple is quiet and neat with divine ambience..and only here vishnu is in kurma avatharam ( tortoise) Kurma (Sanskrit: कूर्म; Kūrma, lit. turtle) is the second Avatar of Vishnu. Like other avatars of Vishnu, Kurma appears at a time of crisis to restore the cosmic equilibrium.His iconography is either a tortoise, or more commonly as half man–half tortoise. The temple is not closed in afternoon.. After this temple we visited surutapalli sivan temple ..Which is also unique temple since only here lord siva is in sayana form like lord vishnu in most temple...The face of ambal and siva are so divine and peaceful here.. This temple closes at 1pm and opens at 4pm ..
