It is a pleasure to come back to this old restaurant in Arbatskaia. During a convention we have preferred 40th Meridian Arbat . I like to eat gergian foods like kachapouri, satvivi, drinking Kisdmarauli wineand sparkling Georgain water. The local is very famous and crowded also by tourists but it is still good for an excellent dinner. You can go also late in the night.

I came here with a tour group so unfortunately I can't comment on the price, but we had an excellent amount & quality of food. The veriniki with potatoes, the peroshki with meat & potatoes and the desert peroshki with apples were amazing. Upstairs is decorated like an old merchants home and you can even pay 450 rubles to try on clothes and take pictures! They also have a homemade alcohol made from tree bark and is as strong as moon shine. Furthermore, they have a homemade desert that is like a combination of fudge & caramel.

This nicely decorated cafe, colored in light green, violet and white, is conveniently located in the very beginning of Lazhechnikov street, at the entrance to Kolomna kremlin. Its interior design deserves a special word, praising designer's talant of cafe's owner. Various home decorations presented on shelves inside the cafe have been definitely selected with artistic taste and love. In the summer time, the panoramic windows are open and cafe literally turns into a "dacha"'s terrace. The prices are a bit high for Kolomna, but the whole atmosphere of the place is worth it. The meals are served nicely decorated and it adds some extra pleasure. This place can be well recommended for a fresh breakfast in a summer time.

We arrived to Kolomna in the middle of May holydays during lunch-time. So was not amazing that not easy to find free place to have a bite. In Knyazhich we found a good surprise - there were a few free tables. Bur after that we got unother surprise from unkindly waiter-girl in old-Russian-styled dress - it was proposed to wait the order for 1,5 hour!!! We couldn't accept this proposal and retired.

We donât speak Russian and there were no pictures on the menu so it was a bit of a challenge to order, but thanks to Google translate we managed. Every single dish we ordered was delicious! Lots of grilled options, incredible sauces, etc. Would definitely recommend!

This restaurant helped us not die of hunger when all other eateries near Kolomna Kremlin were over-crowded for holidays' lunch. The food is not something special but pretty good. My kebab and soup were very tasty)) I could say that the price is very reasonable there. We paid 5000 rubles for 4 adults and baby, including red wine and vodka. The personnel were fast and polite. Good place to have a bite!

Visiting World Championships Speed Skating I had a quick luncheon at restaurant of hotel Kolomna. Food was okay, I had pasta, rather small portions, draft beer and a coffee. Staff was efficient and friendly. Price underneath 10 Euro. All in all good address in Kolomna for luncheon.

One of the most famous and expensive cafes in Kolomna. Ше is at the hotel "Kolomna" on Sovetskaya (Soviet) square. This is quite a central place, though not a historical center. In fact, opposite is the Memorial park and the Church of St. Nicholas.Entrance to the cafe is to the left from the main entrance to the hotel to the left, here you pass a beautiful staircase to the next premise and again to the left we see it.The cafe is spacious, relatively well decorated, new furniture, decor acceptable, though a little resembling the office style. There's even an aquarium. The main menu is on half a table. There is even a children's menu. Only from this menu there were very few dishes available. And in general, the prices in this cafe are above average. What is a plate of borscht for almost $ 5 or a watermelon for $ 6 kg? Although in principle cuisine is decent.The staff is unobtrusive, sometimes even too much - they were bringing me the bill not less than 15 minutes.

We visited this place on the basis of TripAdvisor's rating #1 in Kolomna. But I am not agree that it is the best cafe I ever seen. Even in Kolomna. Of course, titles of courses are creative and looking attractive. Of course, paper and pen for each visitor is a good idea. It seems that the creative manager of the cafe done a good job.But I couldn't say the same about waiters and chefs. You will have very odinary food with intersting names and for not odinary (for Kolomna) value. Also you will have the service below the average. For example the white wine we odered was warm. The red wine proposed like a compliment for a steak was terrible. Finally the waiter broke the glass and flooded my friend.So, in conclusion... The idea was good, but its implementation should be better.

Service might be a bit slow during rush lunch hours (13-14:30). I'm sure they can do better, but they're definitely trying to be quick and efficient, anyway be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes in the line if you come for lunch.Food is honest homelike a-la-Russe. Good choice of starters, soups and main meat, fish and veg courses. Freshness is ok.Atmosphere is nice, although a bit too noisy (during rush hours again), friendly normally smiling staff.I like price-quality ratio best of all, least likes are for the lines of course.
