We escaped Rush Hour with time to spare, and totally loved the overall experience. Our Game Master was friendly, professional, and helpful, the room was fun, challenging, and well-maintained, and the whole faculty was a perfect destination for adventure. I highly recommend Escape Zone for anyone who likes to have fun!

This was my first escape room experience and I booked it for our family of five - mom, dad and three kids in their 20s. I really liked that you reserve the entire room, up to six people, so it is only your group. The reason it is more for adults is the thinking part of the puzzles, cultural references adults would know, (no spoilers), and you have to maneuver some computer files in a more sophisticated story. It makes total sense the owner wants to protect his laptop and electronics which are part of the story. The owner is incredibly friendly, helpful and stays on top of the game. The location is a small office in a strip mall, but don't let that turn you off. It's well-marked, lights are on, and, well, adds to the ambience of a creepy escape room. All part of the fun. Do arrive ten minutes early so you have time for the full explanation and to enjoy the game. Payment is done online when booking the reservation.

This place is amazing! The room we did was very well decorated and really immersed us in the atmosphere of the room. The puzzles were very entertaining and the room was easy enough me and my mom to do on our own, granted with help from our amazing host Riley. She really added to the shaboom of the room. Overall, had a great bonding experience l with my mother.

A Christmas escape room! I couldn’t wait to do this one. Especially this year with it’s many ups and downs, we all need some kind of safe, fun, “ME” time. Stephanie and James have created a fun-tastic, family friendly room, sure to please EVERY member of the family, no matter what age. I have done over 150 escape rooms in several states, and this room, although rated for beginners, was challenging enough for us as seasoned pros. My husband commented that this was his favorite room ever, and I put it in my top 5, and it is definitely my favorite Christmas room of all time! (And I have done quite a few!) The theme flowed well. Being over 60 years young, something that delighted us was that this room was bright and well lighted, had plenty of work space, and it was VERY clean and uncluttered. It was decorated nicely and very colorful. You can tell that Stephanie and James take pride in this room and in their business, and they take cleaning and sanitation seriously. I HIGHLY recommend this for families, birthdays (I did this for my December birthday), team building, and of course, Christmas Parties! You will not be disappointed! Five Star Fun!

My family and I did this escape room today on medium difficulty. The registration process was easy, there were many time slots available to choose from. I appreciated the option of signing waivers online prior to arrival to expedite the check in process. They were ready for us with the room prepared when we came in, so we were able to start right away. The room itself was great! The puzzles were all fantastic, just the right amount of difficulty. It was very non-linear so there were several different things going on at one time and everyone stayed busy throughout the whole game. The decor was perfect and we truly enjoyed each step of the game. This is the first game we have been in where they used an iPad system for clues. It was very handy and we could see quickly what out time remaining was without having to run into another room to check the time on the screen or look for a clue response. We sincerely look forward to the remaining rooms being open, and we will definitely return to do another level of the same game with different puzzles.

I booked X-Child for my team of 8 and it was PERFECT! We were divided into 2 rooms and without knowing it, we had to work very closely together between the rooms! The clues we well-thought-out and the process was fun for all.
