We went in the finest hour room which is about saving London from a missile. This is one of their newer rooms so it was more computer oriented. It was awesome as you do something a certain about of times and doors move or draws open. It is one of the better escape rooms we have done and definitely will be back.

Thematic Immersion: 8 Puzzle: 9 Customer service/ game master: 7 Location/ parking: 8 Lobby: 7.5 Rating 7.9/10 Quest room offers 3 different experiences. Saw, Sherlock Holmes and an Egyptian themed room. Of the 3, “Sherlocked” and “The lost tomb” in my opinion, far surpass the Jigsaw room. The thematic immersion would be at least a 9 if the saw room didn't let the other two rooms down. Sherlocked and The lost tomb really are incredible. Jigsaw is not a bad room! The other two are just in a league of their own. You really do feel like you're in a novel while in Sherlocked and I can safely say (although at the time incomplete) The lost tomb is one of the best experiences with immersion I've ever had with rooms! With the wood torch, you're given to set the mood, you may actually believe you're entering the tomb of a previous Pharoah. The only downside to their rooms is they can feel a bit short! The puzzles are definitely some of the best. In Sherlocked, you have to think and act like Mr Holmes. The rooms can have a reliance on the senses - look, feel, listen which is a great addition to their already intricate and satisfying puzzles. The game masters are nothing to write home about. They're clearly experienced and very creative, but lack the audible passion that other game masters have. They're not extremely inviting, but you can see that they do love and have pride in what they do. The clue systems work through a walkie talkie that you can communicate through. They offers a few nudges, but if you are struggling they kind of just give up and tell you what to do, detracting from the experience. Quest room is relatively easy to find and although very limited, they have parking on site. There is street parking within 200 m of the building which helps out as well! There are a couple restaurants around just in case you work up an appetite from all the brain power used in the rooms.   The lobby itself is filled with a few couches and a table. They have puzzles that are scattered around, but because of a lack on enthusiasm or even conversation from the game masters, I can't give it any more than a 7.5 The overall experience was good. Quest room was the first establishment I visited that sparked my love and interest in escape rooms. Even after 25 rooms, I find quest room really does rank among the top, because of sherlocked and the lost tomb. I'm very excited about their possible expansion and will definitely be back if they introduce new themes and rooms.

After some issues with the original booking, I called a number of times to confirm and later to make some changes to numbers. It was often difficult to get through due to the time on hold but I was always called back within a day, by someone with a positive attitude and the ability to answer my questions or make the necessary changes. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and assigned a specific staff member who explained how the tabs/accounts worked, shared a laugh while handing out wrist bands and drink cards then took us around to the bar where he personally served our first round of drinks !!! He then took us through to the room which was MUCH bigger than I had imagined, a full room rather than a cramped booth, and quickly but thoroughly explained how everything worked. He returned repeatedly to take and deliver drink orders and pizzas, was attentive without crowding or rushing us and all in all make the night such a delight !!!
