August 6, 2021 Jasper Kershner

Every year thousands of hipsters, groupies, and die-hard fans flock to Austin for the annual South by Southwest festival, which has catapulted the Texas city up the must-visit charts for many travelers. The sandstone Capitol building is symbolic of the Lone Star State’s "bigger is better" mentality, featuring a gorgeous whispering gallery rotunda and 22 acres of grounds. Cool off with a dip in Barton Springs, a huge natural limestone pool that’s fed by underground sources.

This was so amazingly fun. We enjoyed many laughs and funny moments with Walter. He was a thoughtful and kind leader who helped the entire group feel comfortable in enjoying the Escape Room experience. We escaped with 57 seconds to spare and it was so much fun. My sister who has competed in several escape rooms was so happy and pleased with her experience. Our group ranged in no escape room experience all the way to experienced escape artists. Words do not do the experience justice. You have to go experience it for yourself.

This was my second time after failing Prison Break (also awesome), but Classified was also just as fun. This one was a little simpler in design but the thrill was similar. Our game guide Zach was great in helping us through the experience, and I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting or in the area, this is a high quality escape game and by far the best one in the Austin area!

Normally, an actor or actress takes away from the realism. But they really did a fantastic job in adding to the realism instead of taking away from it. They had a really good progression system in the game and the Houdini room was awesome.

We had a very nice experience at Project Panic. They had a clean and pleasant atmosphere. The attendants were all professional and helpful. We did The Gallery room with our two kids (age 10 and 13). This was an appropriate room for family’s. The puzzles were fun and challenging. We didn’t reserve the room just for our family so it was a shared experience with 4 strangers. We all worked together well and enjoyed meeting new people. Finding parking was challenging because the actual Panic Room is accessed through an ally.
