Zhangjiajie (simplified Chinese: 张家界; traditional Chinese: 張家界; pinyin: Zhāngjiājiè) is a prefecture-level city in the northwestern part of Hunan province, People's Republic of China. It comprises the district of Yongding, Wulingyuan and counties of Cili and Sangzhi. Within it is located Wulingyuan Scenic Area which was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1992 as well as an AAAAA scenic area by the China National Tourism Administration.

Best coffee I had in China!! The monorail ride to get here was soooo lame! Don't bother unless you really want this coffee! I had a latte and it was fantastic!

旅遊景晚的餐廳差不多就是這樣，人多比較吵，但空間還算寬敞。一般來說，都是接待旅遊團的比較多。用餐時候，竟也穿插著賣字畫的節目。我個人不覺得反感，倒覺得藝文人士要討生活，也相當辛苦。

难得今天不用出去折腾，呆着有觉得太无聊，偶然就逛到了这家咖啡馆，里面人不多，可能大家都去景区了，环境还可以，有免费的无线网，网速还可以，咖啡不是特别好喝但是价格不贵，坐会打发时间还可以。

Прекрасное место для посещения, приветливый,услужливый персонал, вкусная еда, мы заказывали утку по пекински-нам она показалась вкуснее чем в Пекине и Шанхае.

We were (hardly) greeted by unfriendly staff at the door who gruffly pointed upstairs. A little lost and confused we found the staircase and went up to a hot, dirty and soulless room. The menu was mostly in English (except for things like drinks and rice) but the food was very average. My girlfriend hated it. Very cheap though.

Wu Long Shan Zhai, or Black Dragon Mountain Village is a chain restaurant, and they have quite a few branches in Zhangjiajie, Changsha, and Shenzhen, etc. During our three day tour in Zhangjiajie, we had one lunch at one of their branches in Wuling District, which is about 1 kilometer from the Zhangjiajie National Forrest Park. We liked the food there very much as it's not as oily as most other local restaurants. When I saw this branch of Wu Long Shan Zhai near the Cable Car station of Tianmen Mountain, I decided to try it too, which turned out to be a great decision.
This branch of Wu Long Shan Zhai is brand new, which only started operation about 10 days ago. It's on the 2nd floor of a commercial development, Hua Tian Golden Street, which is only 200 meters away from the Cable Car station. The restaurant is very clean, comparing to most local restaurants. Kitchen is very efficient, and our dishes were served quickly. Food is better than the other local restaurants we tried. What we liked the most is the service. Our server was very polite and patient, and she recommended some good dishes for us. When we finished our dinner, we noted it's raining heavily outside, so we asked a cashier to call us a taxi. It's around the time when the restaurant is about to close and they were about to leave work, but both the cashier and our server waited patiently for about 15 minutes. Our server event run into the rain without an umbrella to confirm it's our taxi. We really appreciate that they went extra mile for doing this. When we go to Zhangjiajie next time, I would definitely go back to this restaurant.

This restaurant is at 1982 Chujian Inn. There are very few options for "western" food in Wulingyuan. Atmosphere is good - there were only 2 other groups of foreigners there. As stated in another review the baked tomato and cheese rice also had chicken. It was actually pretty good. My wife had the beef baked rice - it was also OK. My sons wouldn't eat the majority of their meal (spaghetti) but did enjoy their milkshakes.

If you are looking for local and low cost breakfast, this is the place. It was introduced by the hostel owner. The eatery served, Porridge, Noodle and fried rice etc. It served coffee from coffee machine too.
