We had dinner here last night whilst on a netball carnival so 4 adults and about 7 kids. Kids menu available for the fussier of our party was appreciated. I had the duck and my eldest daughter had calamari and we both thoroughly enjoyed them. Rave reviews around the table from all. Dessert oh em geee had the tasting plate which was devine. I will be back!

We only visited for a quick coffee and were impressed by the outside appearance of the Coffee Club but felt disappointed by the Seating where we sat. We chose two bench type chairs facing each other inside. My companion asked to move over and share my seat as her’s was uncomfortably sloping backwards. Mine wasn’t uncomfortable but the vinyl was substantially torn. We expected better.

One of the best services I have had ! the staff are the best example of customer service , attentive , polite accommodating.
The food we ordered fish , and steak Sandwich was brilliant ! You could all teach the people in the city a few lessons ! Keep up the great work !
The view and setting is sublime , by the water , near the marina , great views . The best spot in the area.

I dont like giving 2 star reviews however.... we were greeted by a lovely asian gentleman on arrival. From there it all went downhill. We were the only ones in the restaurant so expected excellent service. That did not happen! The waitress looked disinterested. When she came to the table I asked for the wine list. No wines. BYO only she said. The bottle shop is up the road she said. Ok..fair enough.
We then ordered starters.Spring rolls and Grilled prawns with a tasty peanut sauce. The spring rolls were good as were the prawns however they were served with a bowl of sweet & sour sauce...where was my peanut sauce?
The mains were about to be served. My plate was dirty from the entree however the waitress wanted me to keep the for the main. Sorry, clean plate and cutlery please much to her disgust. For mains we had the chef special of deep fried ginger fish which was quite good. Special fried rice with seafood. The rice was wet and the seafood was overcooked or precooked. Quite an unpleasant dish. Finally we had Panang curry with pork...DISASTER!!!. A few bits of overcooked pork with overly large pieces of sweet potato swimming in a bowl of sweetened coconut broth. YUK. AND very expensive.

Hopefully the resort gets redeveloped, as this restaurant is definitely the centerpiece. Not cheap, but the food is delicious, and the service is good. Considering the resort has shut down, the cleanliness of the restaurant and surrounds was a surprise. Will certainly be back.

Three of us stopped in here for lunch today. From the friendly greeting at reception to the efficient, friendly and obviously experienced waitress Janice, this place excels in customer service. We ordered Chicken Parmi, Seafood Pasta and a chicken and Mushroom Pizza. The only issue we had was the pizza was over cooked. However, we chose not to say anything but Janice noticed and came and asked my son if it was ok. How good was Janice? She also arranged for us not to pay for the pizza. We would go back again and definitely recommend the club for views, service and the fact they made a mistake and fixed it!!!

This isn't a fancy place, it's a friendly down to earth place where you will get basic, well cooked home style food. Husband loves the savoury mince and also the old fashioned corned beef. I love the pumpkin salad.

Recently renovated hotel with a fantastic location right on the water. Ordered spring rolls, kilpatrick, natural and tempura oysters which were all good. Two steaks were very ordinary and my linguine was ok. Staff were ok but needed a bit of training in serving meals and attention to detail. I will look elsewhere next time I’m in town for a meal and to entertain my business associates.
