Has been waiting for 20 min just to have menu. Didn't have. Lazy waiters. Nobody gives a heck about guests. Jaroslavl is nice city, but Sobranie is really terrible.

Cafe "Alyosha Popovich" is located in the city center opposite the Kremlin. The cafe with 50 seats. In season, a summer Terrace for 50 people.
Cafe family-style: inside Non-smoking, alcohol is not sold. In addition to salads, hot dishes and soups, we can offer you a huge selection of ice cream and cocktails with him.
Also well represented pastries own production: cakes, pies, cakes, pancakes ... You cook mead and other Russian drinks.
(for translate.google)
This is a lively busy place popular with the locals. Fast friendly service and good fresh food. You can even dress up in chain mail and helmets if that's what you like.

In fact, it's the best cafe in Yaroslavl, IMHO. The location is very good, the dishes are beautifully served and are really delicious. The staff are attentive and nice. We always have a problem in the restaurants as my daughter doesn't eat many products but at this place all our requirements were met with understanding and care and the dishes my daughter was served (made specially for her)were as delicious and beautiful as ours and the price was reasonable. All in all, we loved the place and recommend it to everyone!

Cafe in the city center, a cozy atmosphere, friendly service, WiFi, car park, sofas, children's menu. Breakfasts, lunches.
Hidden in a nice passage a relaxing Terrace to dine al fresco in the Summer, across the street from the fabulous Kremlin white walls of Rostov. Good pizzas with thin crust. Good perch fish topped with melted cheese called "Dream of Proletarian" :-). Good service with a few words of English (pretty rare in other places in this small city).

To me, the best of top-rated places at Yaroslavl I've visited to the moment. Had a salmon spread (spreads are their specialty), mussels and Burgundian snails - tasted like in Paris! Tiramisu was better than in Milan and Rome. Wonderful cosy and relaxing atmosphere, friendly...Moremike-shevchenko, Thanks for the kind words???

Who is Afonia? A hack and a drunkard, a liar and a loafer, asking for money for each turn of his wrench. He dives in Fountains, dances and fights. He is a sad clown who has conquered the hearts of millions of his fans. Where did he live? Of course, in Yaroslavl where the film "Afonia" was made. Many famous sights of the city are there including the Volkov Theatre and the Church of Elijah the Prophet. What did he dream of? He dreamed of love. This time of love and kindness of the 70s comes back to us with this film when we come to the public house "Afonia" named after this hero. So, welcome to "Afonia".
Real soviet beer bar where you can try very cheap beer and some beerfood like chicken, "taranka", roasted bread with garlic. I can't say that there delicious. One problem is not so easy to find this place for foreign tourists.Thank you very much! Come to our place, you are very welcome!

Unbelievably, the best restaurant in Yaroslavl Oblast is in Rybinsk and it is Supberry! Well, actually, Supberry is superb restaurant anyway - compare it to Moscow, Singapore, Berlin - you name it.
They serve Russian and European and use many local ingredients. Every single dish we tried in our big company (9 people) was tasty - you can't beat it!
Service was very good too.
Basically, you must visit it if you are somewhere within an hour of driving.
