Good location, very nice interior, summer garden. All the dishes we ordered were good. Service needs improvement. It was not busy time of the day and our order was simple. Nevertheless side dishes were wrong. When leaving the restaurant our waiter was standing with his back to us and no one from the staff said goodbye or something. Now I don’t know if I want to go back. This is not a cheap place. I would expect different attitude.

We stopped here for a sugar rush after canoeing a section of the Gauja River. The three desserts we tried were super sweet but then some people would love it. The surrounding place which is a hotel and the restaurant were very neat and well looked after. However, for the three desserts and three coffees we paid €30, the most expensive we have ever had!

Very attractive building welcomed by professional English speaking male staff . Children friendly .grand room with great Seating arrangements. Traditional Latvian room . tasty food served by really friendly staff .
Highly recommended if your in or around Sigulda. Thanks for a nice party everyone enjoyed the restaurant

Restaurant Lilli operates in a beautiful art nouveau house built in the 1930s. There is a 30-seat restaurant on the ground floor and a 20-seat restaurant and a cigar room on the first floor of the house. A 60-seat Terrace is opened in the courtyard of the building in the summer season. There is a children’s playground on the Terrace. The restaurant offers a varied à la carte menu, special offers on weekdays and group menus.

Stopped here on our way to Riga for our late lunch break. It was fairly quiet, but the staff hustled to attend our every needs asap.
It's been a while since our stop, so I forget what we ate, but I do have memories of the homelike feel of the restaurant and staff. I do remember everything taking in unison of the feeling of the restaurant, home cooked with love.
The prices I would have liked a little lower, but nothing outrageous by any means. I would stop here again, if I was passing by.

Hotel guests, people who love good food and hunters all feel good in the Hunting Hall. The well-designed interior creates a cosy atmosphere where you can enjoy delicious and nicely presented food and warm service. The dishes made of game are the undisputed hits on the menu. There are 40 seats in the restaurant and some extra ones in the Terrace in summer. Come to Valga for some new food experience!

When I come to the town I always eat in Metsis. There are some nice places around but this is the best one hands down, and the quality of food and service didn't degrade over the years.

We had luncheon on a rainy day. Besides pastry, they serve great cold and hot salads. Interesting idea, a hot salad. It's not a hotpot, there's still structure in it. Also tasty soup. Recommended!

This place has become better since the last visit. However it has some kind of "food magic" that brings us back. I really like The food is delicious. They have great spring water. Place is cozy. Feels like that it is managed by family. Definitely we will come back.

We were a group of 5 adults and two kids. Was here on the second day of Christmas (in Latvia). It is just a small restaurant but very cozy. They also have seats outside with external heating. We ordered pork steak cooked with potatoes, onions and some barbecue sauce. Chicken in skewers with potatoes served with a sauce (mixture of mayonnaise, senf and pickels) is highly recommendable. We tried 6 different cakes (snowman with chocolate base, chocolate muffin with christmas tree, salted caramel, red velvet, Pavlova and ginger cake). Cake price ranges from 2,40-3,20€ and above. I would highly recommend Pavlova cake (a merengue cake topped with whipped cream, blueberries, cranberries an chocolate). They main meal took more than 30 minutes because they just cook it after we ordered. So main meal here is definitely fresh. It is my second time here and would definitely come back again.
