I was introduced to this restaurant by a friend and was not disappointed. This restaurant specializes in dumplings and Shanghai cuisine. The dumplings are out of control! Especially the soup dumplings and the Shanghai wontons. Everything is so good and I continuously go back to this place. The service is okay, and you often have to wait as it can get very busy, but I promise, it is worth it. Although some others say the prices are high, I personally feel that the prices are very good for what you get.

This wonderful place is the benchmark that we use to measure all the other excellent places we visit. Daniels NYC and Mastro’s City Hall in Phoenix dare to come close.
For the very best in service and food go here. When we go, we get stuck on our favorites but friends and family are impressed with everything on the menu. Service is practiced and polished throughout. We’ll be back :)

A charming tea house with so much to offer...quiet, refined ambience and a great luncheon menu. The perfect setting amidst Markham Main Street shops. Extensive listing of teas and traditional English fare. So many artifacts and authentic Victorian era of interest. A family run business steeped (excuse the pun) in an era gone by. Delightful place!

A regular destination for special occasions and upscale business dinners the Blacksmith's Bistro offers a compact but varied menu of excellent fare. It is truly a place where you can get 3 good courses - excellent salads, original and tasty mains and wonderful desserts. It has gotten a little expensive in recent days but we keep returning for special occasions to enjoy the cozy ambiance and fine service. Unionville has several fine restaurants but the Bistro is for sure our favorite!

Great ambiance promising more than they delivered. The place is packed yet they’re under staffed.
My steak was perfect yet the baked potatoes were cold ... same as the veggies. The servers knew it when they brought it to the table and the kitchen knew it as it went out the door to be served. Did they think we wouldn’t notice? Hmmmm
The king crab was a bit fishy. There’s a lot to like about this place but it isn’t the food.
We won’t be back. :)

My wife and I went to the restaurant for lunch on Valentine's Day. The restaurant was fairly busy but the ambiance was quiet and the staff excellent, knowledgeable and helpful.
My medium rare steak was cooked to perfection, flavourful, tender and juicy.
I have enjoyed 2 previous lunches with excellent salads.

Pleasant interior space and an outdoor patio for drinks and dinner.
Menu has all the usual options.
The food was variable in flavour and had too much sweetener in some dishes.
Onion bhaji was ok but veg pakoras were really not very good.
Service was good.

The place was so busy 1-1/2 hour for a table. So I found a table at the bar in 5 min. So glad it was Valentine's special dinner. I had the 20oz bone in rib steak it was so good. The Keg really knows how to make a steak the way you like it. I asked for it to be well done and it was perfect. The staff is wonderful and they are very quick. I would go again and again

This review is long overdue. I have dined here with family now at least fifteen times and I have to say that the whole restaurant have it figured out. A great menu, friendly staff and very attentive service that will keep us coming back. First thing I notice are the same staff members who actually look like they really enjoy being there and making sure that they treat each customer with friendliness and professionalism. We had are daughter’s birthday there last year with eighteen other sixteen year olds and they went out of their way to make sure that everything went off without a hitch. Never change because you can tell that everyone in the restaurant always have a great time.
