We stumbled across this treasure while driving from Sao Paolo to Brasilia. It was just down the street from the Hotel Ibis, where we had stopped for the night.
From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and super attentive. We were seated immediately, and the food started flowing soon after.
The hot foods (feijoada, rice, potatoes, empanadas, fries, onion rings, etc., etc.) kept coming to the table .... and of course the skewers of meat!!! I didn't keep count of the varieties after the first 3 or 4 tastings - my tongue was too busy wanting more.
For cold foods, there was a large salad bar in the center of the dining area.
I do need to learn more self control, because I kept forgetting to flip the red/green chip to stop the meat from coming to the table, so ending up leaving in total pain from overeating, but it was a happy pain.
The total price, including several bottles of water, was US$29 for my wife AND myself (about US$12/person, not including drinks).
Incidentally, neither of us speak Portuguese (except using a phrase book), and I think one of the hosts spoke some English, but language is never a barrier when it comes to good food!!!

I have visited this restaurant couple of times and lately last week. This restaurant is very consistent i everything they do. For example, very good service in every single visit, good food and selection of ingredients. On overall, that is very good comparing to the other choices Uberlandia offers.

We heard nice things about Purê before our dinner there recently. Our first impression was very good; the service was nearly outstanding from the time we walked in. Our salads were large and very tasty, especially the Caprese Salad for two. In fact, every entree was quite large, including my Salmão a Purê that fed two of us easily. Their wine list is limited, but by Brazilian standards (all due respect because I love Brazil!) it wasn't bad. We settled on a bottle of Lambrusco that did the trick for our group. (By the way, I was pleased to see a decent Montepulciano d'Abruzzo on the wine list.) One of the entrees was over-salted, even by Brazilian standards, but the staff did the right thing and didn't charge us for that plate. All in all, it was a nice dining experience and I'm pretty sure we'll go there again during our next trip to Uberlandia.

com decoração rustica lembrando uma fazenda o lugar é ótimo para levar crianças. A comida fica em fogão de lenha com churrasqueira a parte.

Toda vez que estou em Uberlandia Minas Tche é parada obrigatoria.
Nunca fui almoçar,sempre vou á noite no rodizío de pizza,excelente atendimento,toda hora tem um garçom te servindo,você não consegue comer tudo,pois é um atrás do outro.Além de pizza no rodizío eles servem,peixe,carnes,macarrão,batata frita e outros.

Ambiente super confortavél e familiar.
