Toyohashi (豊橋市, Toyohashi-shi) is a city in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. As of March 2015, the city had an estimated population of 372,710 and a population density of 1,420 persons per km². The total area was 261.86 square kilometres (101.10 sq mi). By area, Toyohashi was Aichi Prefecture's second-largest city until March 31, 2005 when it was surpassed by the city of Toyota, which had merged with six peripheral municipalities.

祖父母とお墓まいりの帰りに行くお店です。
カウンターは少なく、ほとんどがテーブル席、座敷席です。
お昼のメニューにはサラダ、スープか茶碗蒸し、簡単な前菜、デザートが付きますので、お年寄りの特に女性は喜ぶのでは。
肝心の寿司ですが、美味しくはないです。
いつも無難にカニと海老のお寿司だけ食べますが、１度マグロ、ウニを単品で頼んでみたら、マグロは味がしない。。ウニに至っては臭みしか感じなかったです。
店内は広いし綺麗なのですが、寿司屋というより寿司が食べられるファミレス といった趣です。

ＪＲとよはし駅より歩いて約15分。
とんかつ和食の お店です。
前にココで いただいた「とんかつ」
の美味しさが忘れられなくて 再訪
しました。
お肉が とっても やわらかい。
”和食“はユネスコ無形文化遺産。
これから外国人観光客の来店数も
増えると思います。

という変なご当地B級グルメが売りらしい。カレーうどんとしては巨大な椀で供食されるが，うどんの量は少なく，食べてゆくと下からとろろ飯が出てくるという妙なものだが，それなりに食べられる。しかし，昨今のB級グルメ，B級というのに，結構高いではないか。

２時を過ぎてから利用したので５分も待つことなく席に着くことができました。待っていた時に「注文が入った物の数が揃わない」という事態が起きたのですが、店主らしい男性が新人らしい店員さんにとても丁寧に指示を出していたので感心しました。店内は奥に広く箱庭が何か所かありました。菜めし田楽定食を食べましたが、田楽の味噌がとても美味しかったです。よく名物美味い物無しと言われますが、ここには当てはまりません。昔ながらの味と雰囲気を大切にしているお店だと思います。

I visited with three foreigners to introduce Japanese cuisine. Foods are all delicious and beautiful. I was proud of the hospitality of the restaurant as Japanese. I t was super. The foreign customers felt really happy. i am sure that it was a great experience for them.

駅から数分の場所にあるうどんの名店。土曜の18時30分ごろ訪店。19時には満席になっていたので、早めに訪れた方がいいかもしれない。
カレーうどんのルーは色も味も濃厚。普通のそば屋のカレーうどんとは明らかに違う。
具は素揚げの野菜、チキンカツ、ウズラの卵。うどんの下にはとろろご飯が隠れている。
うどんの量は少なめなので、お腹が空いているなら大盛を。

This place never seem to change, and it is in a good way! Spaghetti, thick spicy sauce, and variety of toppings on a hot plate! Be sure to order one on the hot plate! The taste of Ciao keeps Toyohashi people come back to dine here again and again. You can also buy Ciao spaghetti and sauce at supermarkets.

I enjoyed a complete wonderful dinner with business partners in the Kei. With an excellent view to the Toyobashi area we had an absolute outstanding dinner. Even special requests have been fulfilled on an extraordinary high level. The service was on a pleasing distinguished niveau and made that evening absolutely complete. I guess, there is not more to say: absolutely well done and many compliments to the team of the Kei!

豊橋名産ヤマサちくわ直営の居酒屋で店内は間接照明で雰囲気も良く、４人で訪問しましたが、個室になっており良い雰囲気でした。お勧めの「しんじょうちくわ」は卓上に炭が持ってこられ自分で焼くスタイルでした。その他おでんも美味しく、お酒の種類も多く、満足できるお店でした。
