We dined there on Sunday to celebrate my Mother In Laws 78th Birthday and once again had a thoroughly enjoyable meal. The waiters are very attentive and from walking through the doors right up to leaving again, you are made to feel very welcomed.
All our meals were superbly presented and served piping hot,and even our 10 year old cleared his plate, not something he does often!!
We will be returning again very soon and I cannot recommend the place highly enough.

The Sunam tandoori undertook a renovation to add that touch of class which it claims to have. However, the quality of the food and service will never change. Our reputation is built on out service and food. The Sunam tandoori has the both option for the customers eating in as well as taking out their favourite curries. I've been visiting this restaurant off and on for years. Whether it's takeaway or dining in you are sure of a lovely meal and excellent service. Everyone is so friendly and the prices are very reasonable. It also boasts a varied menu that caters for all so there is something for everyone. The decor is somewhat unusual but the food and service more than make up for it. A proper little gem of a place. Can't wait for my next visit.

It doesn't matter what you order the food and the way it is cooked is perfect. The service is excellent - attentive rather than intrusive.
And for all those who think you don't get enough - really? I suspect they've never been there. THE only place to go, not only for a special occasion but just for a lovely time in a great location.

Had the BEST meal this evening. Complimented by probably one of the best waitress/server Danielle who is an absolute credit to the company, very polite and couldn't do enough for us.
After asking the landlord (who was busy working on the bar) the chefs names who were Chris and John, they made our meals so well, they even pleased my (not easily impressed) nanna.
Cooked to perfection and service with a genuine smile. Can't recommend this place enough.

In our eyes, there is no better place to have a first-rate meal served by sterling staff who will do absolutely anything, and who will adapt any preferences you may have without hesitation. Tonight was no exception. Looking forward so much to calling again, we had our choices made even before we got there. The steaks with sauce must be the best on the Fylde Coast bar none, both in quantity and quality. For non-steak lovers, there are other great choices . We have never considered pasta or pizza, but maybe next time we will go down a different route and choose something entirely out of the ordinary for us. We had a great evening again, with the usual banter from Max, accompanied by the finest red wine we could ever have. Can’t wait to return.

The current manager Julie Rodgers has extensive experience in the industry and is well known in trade and the local area. The staff are friendly and polite and promote the ambiance reflecting from the stylish decor, it's almost like there's a corner to suit all tastes and moods. The pub is themed on the Performing group "The Jolly Tars" and contains artworks from reputable local artists.
